I have been 4 year with positive properties I didn't face any issues everyone very helpful specially Suhail is very very helpful in everything .. highly recommended ❤️

Bhavya supported me settle into a new property and also with the move out, she was professional and responsive.

Bhavya is an excellent and strong minded agent that is an asset to your business. She is efficient and ensures that her clients are helped timeously. She has made extra efforts to help people new to the UAE. She is remarkable and always goes out of her way making her an epitome of great customer service.

Thank you, Maasom, for all your support and guidance during the whole process. Maasom is a really honest person, that is a little bit difficult to find in the real estate business. He was committed to every word he said to me from the beginning till the last step. Even keeps following up with me after the sales process to ensure that everything is smoothly moving with me.

I found mr asif of positive properties very helpful , knowledgeable and smart guy . His knowledge about his work is one next level , I would highly recommend him for any real estate related work ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One of the worst real estate agencies for leasing an apartment in Reem Raam.

I had an ordeal dealing with their agent Sinal. Incomplete information , shows multiple units ; makes us wait and then units are not available .

My strict advice , please skip this agency for leasing . They are like a mafia in Reem Raam and are fleecing both the owner & tenants.

Outstanding agent! Thanzeem made my sale from Australia so easy. He helped negotiate the best price for me and submitted all documents to land dept for a smooth transfer of funds and completion of sale. Highly recommended and trust worthy.

It was my first time to Investment in property field in Dubai. Mr. Mohsin was the one who replied my message request on time and gave me the right information. Even after sale there were issues on property maintenance, he helped me out. I do appreciate it and definitely recommend your agent to my friends and family.

Very good experience overall with the sales process. Mr Hassan Aslam is a professional agent very well recommended by me. Smooth process, full availability and support at every process step. Well done and thank you!

After a week of hell with other agents Manmeet soothed it with his professionalism, honesty and quick efficient work. From first contact to move in he guided all the way so I’m very happy with his work 🔥

I purchased a property this week, SIDD was the agent, he was great

And his follow up is fantastic

We met Sidd more than a year ago...looking for specific type of residency....he quieckly understtood my taste...he has been working hard ..honestly cosistently ..looking for villas to show us...he was honest all the way...

He will mention the whole deal and the real price no matter what...
We were very lucky to have him as a guide..i will recommend him for my friends

I had a hard time communicating with agents while I was looking for a property.. until I met Deepak. He’s not only very polite and professional but he’s very patient in showing me different villa options. Unlike other agents, he personally showed us the actual villas and helped us with all our concerns before and after moving to our new home. Highly recommended! 👍🏼

I recently rented an apartment through Noman from Positive Properties and he was very fast in negotiating the rental price for me and got the contract ready the following day. The entire process took a few days from the moment I saw the place until I got the keys. He arranged a maintenance team to paint and clean the place the day we signed the contract. It was a very smooth process and I would definitely contact Noman again in the future.

Had an excellent experience with Azeem Ahmad in helping with securing a fantastic apartment in Dubai.. Azeem was really professional but most importantly very responsive. Kept me up to date and was really efficient. He even kept in touch post deal signing which tell a lot about his customer care drive

Great service and excellent communication.
World class company and over the top work ethic.
Thanks Ayom and Deepak for making my House a Home. !!!
Positive Properties for the win 🏆

We rent a villa through positive property, it was the best service we ever got. Ayon was very helpful, he stayed with us from the time of viewing until we move. Even after renting he keep asking if we need anything else. He answered all our questions, he was patient and friendly. Thank you for everything:)

My experience with Positive Property is happy and efficient, since they help us sell our properties. Professional, hard working, honest and straight forward staff with good attitude, is the main impression for me. Excellent team, thanks

I bought property through Nouman and he is honest and efficient agent. For future investment I will consult with him

I do not know the company, I know Mr Norman who introduced the company to me. I found him Efficient, Sincere, Trustworthy, Diligent, Generous and last but not least a customer-friendly person. I would say if you have an employee like him then this company will always grow faster.
