Positive Properties Opiniones

Positive Property has been excellent in finding me a tenant in particular Elvis who was very professional and informative during the whole process.

A very polite individual who kept me updated at all times dealing with my queries although I am a United Kingdom resident.

I had an amazing experience with Deepak , he helped me to rent an office , very polite , very helpful. I would highly recommend

I had very good experience dealing with Positive Properties to buy a new property.
Both Mr. Akif and Mr. Ayon were professional, helpful and reliable.
I would like to thank them and do recommend both of them for any potential buyers or sellers and wish them more success.

Appreciate all the hard work and effort put in by David and team to ensure I found a home that was just right for me.

It was pleasant experience working along with Positive properties agent: Mr. Deepak.
In short can say that the Positive properties is having perfect match for the jobs assined.

The staff was very helpful and showed high level of transparency and professionalism particularly Mr Dibak who was really dedicated and supportive, really appreciate his guidance and assistance.

Have been dealing with Positive properties for the last 3 years. However this time i have had a terrible experience when the new apartment is been taken thru them. Agent named Noman from positive properties was chasing to close a contract and a agreed to sign the contract 20 days earlier than my end of contract with other apartment. At the time of handing over the cheque i have shown some visible damages and maintenance requirements which he agreed to fix at the same day. When i was about to move after a week he didn’t even fixed any of those issues and i had to chase numerous times. After all, once i moved to apartment AC wasn’t working, toilet seats were damaged and couldn’t use, all the water taps were leaking and water is flooding thru cupboard. When i had shared this with him his response was like he need approval and not ready to fix the problems. Wondering how bad the service is and he or positive properties doesn’t even have the standard to maintain very minimum curtesy to fix it. Every time when i call he will say one or the other reason. Tried contacting the landline in their office and no one is responding there as well. The only option infront of me is to go to RERA and find out a solution. Please beware of dealing with positive properties and agent named Noman.

Just managed to rent my apartment via Positive properties through agent Mr Shebin.
Shebin is such a dedicated and kind hearted person. Knows all the aspects of renting and no false promises. He handled the whole process from arranging viewings to completion very smoothly. He is also following up after completion. He was patient, responsive and efficient. Am a very happy customer thanks to Shebin. :)

Yousuf Sebin is one of the best agents in Dubai, he is very professional, he helped me a lot. he was very patient, sincere, correct, available, accommodating and he is a very trustworthy person ( very important).
I highly recommend Youcef and I will be very happy to work with him again.
Thank you so much

The team is very professional and considerate about their client.
On time delivery and constant support.
Have been in touch with one of the team member, Rabeena. I had wonderful experience with her.

I have contact the company regarding a property to buy , mostly precisely Elena , and it has been days that NO ONE contacted me.
I’m calling the office and no answer.
Is there anyone in this company who actually wants to sell anything?

I dealt with Roshan, who I found to be extremely professional. He is polite, organized, punctual, an excellent communicator, understood exactly what I was looking for and found me a great tenant almost instantly. The turnaround time for the paperwork was also impressive. His attention to detail and patience with me (a first-time Landlord) was greatly appreciated. I will definitely continue to work with Roshan in the future and highly recommend him.

I found positive property very efficient in their work they closed the deal without any problems 👍

Humisha has been a great agent, very professional, supportive and goes above and beyond expectations.

Most importantly she made us meet the landlords to build this confidence between us.

She has been with us through the full process, guiding and coordinating, supporting in assuring a smooth move in by providing us with the right people for different tasks.

She didn't have a limit on her tasks, she even supported us while we were unfortunately put into quarantine due to covid a couple of days before we moved to our new place, and had helped us to coordinate things in our absence.

Not forgetting of course Ashraf for his support as well in guiding us through the processes

When I was looking for an apartment, I was a little picky with what I wanted. Esam and Mandy both did a great job in finding what I was looking for. They're very professional, polite, and most importantly in this business they are very patient
I highly recommend asking for any of their names in Positive Properties
Thank you both

I finalized yesterday selling my unit. it was a long and tiring process especially in those days and market. I contacted several agents which quickly turned their back as I didn't accept to lower the price and knees to their "advices". I finally found Ms Nayomi Pathiranage FB group who showed a lot of professionalism and commitment. It took though several months until we found a buyer at a reasonable price, but during all this time she kept bringing buyers on a regular basis and never questioned my selling price. The selling process it self went smoothly and she took care of all details. Finally she helped me to find another unit to relocate and vacate my unit. I advise any one in this group who is looking for a professional, committed and honest real-estate agent to contact Ms. Naomi from Positive Properties
