Positive Properties Opiniones

Excellent service and professional team. Especially Asif and Fayaz. Highly recommended.

Rahima is simply the best real estate agent I ever experienced in Dubaï.
Thank you Rahima and thank you positive properties.

Excellent service and professional team. Especially Asif and Fayaz. Well done guys. Highly recommended.

We’ve had a very seamless and problem free experience with positive properties in helping us with our most recent relocation to Serena. Faisal handled our numerous queries, viewings and requests with ease and was willing to go above and beyond to ensure we were happy. He took a genuine interest in our needs and his laid back nature made us feel confident throughout the whole process. We have recommended both Faisal and the team at positive properties to all of our friends!

We came across this company as we were looking for properties in the Serena area. Our whole experience was extremely professional, personal and our agent Faisal went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. I would 100% recommend asking for Faisal if you use this company as he provided an excellent, personal and dedicated service. Thank you for setting us up in our new home.

Excellent experience while renting an apartment at Al Khail gate. Was guided by Mr. Palitha Gunsakara, who showed us multiple apartments across several days till we could choose an apartment which satisfied us. The registration process was also very smooth as all the necessary documentation was arranged by him. Thank you for the services.

Thank you very much to Mr Noman for his service delivered recently in securing a rental property for my family in Remraam community. And I like to thank their CEO Mr. Gamage on his hospitality during my visit to their Office. I look forward to working with Mr. Noman and Positive Properties again in future.

Amazing experience with this company.
I’ve started the journey to search for our new home 8 weeks before the moving date, almost every single agent ignored my request because they thought it’s too early and they considered I’ll be wasting their time. But ”Mandy” from positive properties offered me a couple of viewings although he knew the moving date is still 3 months later, at this point he convinced me which community we should move to. Later on when it was the time to take serious steps to select our new home, I called him again and he never failed to impress us by his professionalism and he guided us till we found our new home and even guided me after signing the contract to finish all the formalities starting from Ejari, Dewa, move in permits, etc.... he even provided contacts for contractors for all the required works (artificial turf, du, etc...)
Unlike other urgent, they deserve every single fils you pay for their commission.
I do highly recommend them.
Thank you positive properties and special thanks to Mandy.

What a pleasant experience working with Positive Properties. Such a fitting name. Our agent Noman was very helpful and it truly felt like we received 5 star treatment from beginning to end. At the office everything was extremely organised and clear. It makes such a difference when dealing with a top class Agent such as Noman. Positive properties and Positive Clients.

Thank you very much to Noman for the excellent service delivered recently in securing a rental property for my family in Dubai Hills, Sidra 1. Noman was easy to work with and extremely honest and upfront about all aspects we discussed. I look forward to working with Noman again in future.

I just got to rent my first appartment here in Dubai after years of being afraid of hidden cost and very push agents.

Mr. Sunil Shakeer from Positive Properties was my agent, and honestly he did an amazing job finding me my new home for the coming year. Very patient, professional and very helpful throughout the whole process. He made sure that i see enough properties to match exactly what i was looking for. And to top it off, got me the best deal ever!

It literally took me 3days to finish all the paper work and get the appartment keys!

I highly recommend his service to anyone looking for renting or buying a property, you wont be disappointed!

Thank you Sunil Shakeer!

I recommend working with positive properties i met Noman from there team who helped me to rent an amazing appartment, he is very professional, friendly, helpful

Positive properties are excellent brokers and agents. I met Asif and Fayaz by coincidence when I was looking for an apartment in Dubai hills. They really worked hard to get me the best location with and a really amazing price and extraordinary help and assistance. I highly recommend to do business with this company.

I want to start off by saying that real estate agents in Dubai are perceived as crooks.

When I met Mandy he changed that perception in a matter of minutes.

He went above and beyond to get me the perfect apartment, at the perfect price, with all my requirements met.

He is an amazing agent and restored my faith in real estate agents that actually care.

Amazing job all the way around

Mandy was excellent in finding me the apartment I want, his efforts in following up and meeting me to finalize the contract and went with me to Ejari office to make sure everything is done.
The company should provide him with a car to be able to help more clients

Rishan is professional and did an excellent job.

Had a great experience with Mandy. Super professional agent! He knows his game and knows how to do a great customer service.

In Dubai you can find thousands of agents , but very difficult to find someone like Mandy.

If you are looking for a good deal and advise, call Mandy and he will take care of the rest!
