I have a rolling subscription and love getting a new, unexpected, scent each month. The scents are intoxicating and fill the room, but are never overpowering.

I’ve been a Pott customer from the very beginnings of the company. The diffusers and candles smell amazing and they are the only scented candles that don’t irritate my eyes. I love that their customer service has stayed as excellent and personal as when they first started.

I really like the ethos of buying a Pott to reuse and refill. They are well made and with several to choose from to match your decor. I recommend the starter pack, I chose Coastal and I love it. The seasonal choices of refills are great too. Fir at Christmas felt like having a real tree in the room. The scents are gorgeous but not overpowering. The parcels arrive very well packaged with quick delivery and communications. I bought more for gifts and other rooms at home.

Love the sustainability concept. Pots are beautifully made and the candles burn evenly and to the very bottom. I signed up for the subscription.

Love my refillable Potts, I have one of each size and a match pot as well! I have tried several of the scents over the last year, some definitely stronger than others, but Eden a definite favourite and I loved Fir for the winter. Not cheap but quality, and the whole concept of refill rather than another empty container is a total win.

I have several Potts in all the sizes and I adore them. Beautifully made that look lovely around the house. The Christmas scents - Noel and Fir are my absolute favourites, and Create has been a wonderful new addition to my favourite list too. Next up to try is Violet!
I’ve had to contact customer services on a couple of occasions to seek advice on candles that have burned unevenly. They have been responsive and helpful with their advice and I feel my issues were resolved well.

Gorgeous scents. I use Eden for Spring and Fig for Autumn and then for Christmas I light the Fir candle. Love the refillable concept.

I’m now a regular subscriber to Pott, and gift my daughter a petite refill monthly, as well as a standard refill candle for myself. The boxes/sets make a lovely gift.
I have found the company to be quick and personable when answering any queries.

The candles are lovely, my favourite so far has been Fig, as my everyday scent, which I’ve also had as a diffuser refill. The Potts look great (I exchanged one which was a different shade to what I’d thought, it wasn’t a problem).

I’m glad to use a sustainable candle and I enjoy seeing the collaborations with artisan potters. Overall I think they’re a innovative company with a clear u.s.p. and a great product, yet still feel and operate as a small business and very much worth supporting.

Absolutely love Pott. I have so many of them now and really enjoying working from home with a candle burning. Love the scents, the Potts and the concept. Only wish they had some more colourful Potts to match different rooms in the house. Great customer service too. Very pleasant and responsive.

These are by far the best smelling candles ever. They last right until the last burn, unlike many others that hardly give any fragrance these do cost a little more but worth every penny! The diffusers are also excellent too!

I absolutely love the concept of a refillable candle, I love the pot it goes great with scandi Japandi decor. Initially I tried the test samples and I didn’t like any of the samples I ignored it anyway as I really wanted the pot. I bought the trio bestseller and I have to say the samples don’t do the scents justice! The orangery is lovely and has great throw, tonka is basically vanilla and that also has a good throw. I was only disappointed with sea salt I could barely smell it but nonetheless I’m happy with the overall product (leaning towards getting the prescription) and would like to continue to support the business x

My order has just arrived, quick delivery from ordering which was great. I treated myself to a couple of starter packs, one Pott in Blush, the other in Speckle, plus a refill subscription single candle Eden. On unpacking the very well packed boxes, the room in my tiny seaside cottage was instantly filled with the most glorious fresh scent, and I haven't yet taken the candles out of the packaging!

The Potts are beautifully made and I love the colours, which would easily tone with any room, I shall be using the Blush Pott in my kitchen, and the Speckle in my living room, I've gone for the Sleep candle for that one as it will help me to relax in the evening, and the Orangery for the kitchen, which has yet to be fitted, but I am so looking forward to this beautiful scent filling the room when it is. I love the fact that this is a sustainable way to enjoy scented candles while supporting hand made pottery craftspeople, and would recommend Pott Candles highly based on this purchase and experience. I am confident that the other scents when I get to try them will be just as lovely. I'm sitting sniffing the Eden refill as I type and this is gorgeous! I'm now thinking another Pott may need to be purchased for my bathroom......
