Lovely product- great fragrance

I can’t cancel my subscription! There’s no option to do this on the website - it directs me to an email address. I’ve emailed said email address on 4 separate occasions now and I keep getting a bounce back saying the inbox is under maintenance. I’ve now been charged for another order I don’t want. This is unacceptable.

2 candles were damaged I managed to salvage one but the other one went in the bin, it was poorly packed hence the damage

Looks good, burns well and smells delightful. Very pleased.

My candle has burned down and all the wax is still really thick up the sides. Loved the peppermint smell but so disappointed.

If you’re looking for candles that smell amazing, look elegant, and offer excellent value through their refills, I couldn’t recommend Potts highly enough. I’ll definitely be buying more.

The pots are gorgeous, the fragrances are delicate with a good throw & the customer service team are consistently helpful & responsive.

This company is clearly mindful of their customers. On one occasion, I was in a bit of a bind as my monthly delivery service of an already established Pott coincided with me spotting a new fragrance which I very much wanted to try while also having my normal delivery too. A very nice man was extremely helpful and made it all come to fruition within a couple of days. I was very happy with the outcome , needless to say!

I'm new to Pott, but love the concept of candle refills. The candles are of excellent quality and smell divine, the packaging is secure and strong and delivery was prompt. Move over, big candle brands, I'm supporting home grown!

I was charged for postage when I had spent over £75.00. I was asked if I had spent more than £75.00, I had spent a little under £90.00. I asked why Pott Candles could not check themselves. My question was ignored. It seems to me that the adverising is more important that actual customer satifaction. I did get a refund. Not happy that I was charged in the first place, also i am not happy that the issue was even questioned when they can look up transactions themseleves.

I love this little candle company! After being gifted a Pott candle & match set for Christmas and absolutely falling in love with the scent (the fig one, it’s insane), I decided to sign up to a rolling subscription. I’ve received my second refill to date and the candles always arrive quickly & well packaged. Placing an order is super easy and choosing & setting up your subscription is too!

The candle looks lovely and smells lovely. It is very overpriced for what it is. I thought it might include a free refill for the price.
