The pot I received is absolutely beautiful, it was really well packaged, with a lovely note inside stating where in production it was made , as mentioned to pots direct it's something to treasure, made more so by the excellent way it was delivered and the craftsmanship of the potter

The Raku pots are lovely, and the bonfire candle smells better than I thought it would. Reasonable delivery time

I really wanted to love this. The refillable concept is great, and the Potts are beautiful. The scent throw is just not there though. Really disappointing.

I have ordered a few candles from Pott now as I love the handthrown pots, the ethos of the company and the lovely candles. I was delighted with the raku pot and match pot, which are absolutely beautiful! In addition, the bonfire scented candle is really lovely.

I love the concept but despite the scent of the candle being incredible unlit, it just doesn’t seem to translate. As another reviewer has said, it burns unevenly and the wick floods so there was still a lot of candle left when I tried to release it from the pot. I did notice that the scent seemed to get stronger further down the burn, will try to salvage the rest of the candle and see if it works better as a wax melt.

Customer services were helpful and responsive, they replaced the initial candle and the second one does seem to be slightly stronger. May try some other scents as I now have the pot but i’ve definitely had a more powerful scent from cheaper candles.

I absolutely love Pott Candles, particularly Tonka. The pots are hand crafted and are beautiful to look at and candles smell gorgeous.
They are always beautifully presented when they arrive Also, easy to replace and clean out the pot before replacing with a new one.

Very good service, for starters; I ordered the refill on the 31st, it dispatched the same day (within a couple of hours, in fact!) and arrived today. I haven't burnt it yet, but the fragrance (Bonfire) is delicious even just in the wrapper, so I'm looking forward to trying it out later. Just right for this slightly soggy, grey November day.

Beautifully scented candles, especially the Tonka. The fragrance really lasts yet isn’t overpowering.

Lovely scents and a great idea but candles are getting progressively smaller. I received my subscription box for autumn and the candles were not the same size as previously purchased as I had one from a previous order. I weighed both just out of interest - neither were 290g as stated but the latest candle was much lighter. Not nice to feel you are being duped. Bring back the right size please.

Four new refills. Can’t wait to light the 2 Christmas scents (both smell so good even unlit), plus my favourite Tonka and Fig, which is new to me this time. I have a Pott in every room and it’s such a calming moment to light them.

Received a beautiful Pott candle with a match pot and lovely scented candle as a gift from my friend recently- never heard of this company before but really impressed and will definitely be looking for refills when this one is done. Eden smells divine thank you ☺️

I normally love Pott candles. This time I ordered the "Bonfire" and im not impressed. I like the smell but it's just not strong enough. Normally the candle fills the room with fragrance even unlit, but this really isn't up to scratch. Especially for a high price point like Pott. I expect better

Have bought Pott Candles as gifts and for myself for several years now. Lovely scents and beautiful Potts. They are ethical and long lasting.
Customer service and delivery have been fantastic. I admit to being addicted to them and look forward to the release of new scents and Potts throughout the year.

I really love my Pott candle. The Potts are beautiful and sturdy; the refill service is reasonable value and the scents are excellent - it's such a pleasure to have a seasonal fragrance. The customer service is excellent; the helpers are pleasant and keen to resolve any issues.

Lovely candles - really nice fragrances that smell great even in a reasonably large room (unlike many other candles I've bought). The pott looks great, candles burn well and are easy to replace with the refills, and I love the sustainable approach. Also really great customer service when I've contacted them with questions.

Easy to buy. I went for the pot-luck at the weekend. The small candle has not burned down evenly. There is wax not melting up one side of the pot but wax in the other side has but is flooding the wick, so it keeps going out. Unfortunately, not impressed, but great concept.

I have wanted a Potts candle and match pot for so long and was so lucky to win The Grand Pot, which I chose in blush in the Bank holiday raffle and treated myself to the Candle refill in Tonka! Wow I was not disappointed and enjoyed everything from the lovely wrappings to finally lighting the 4-wick candle - absolutely beautiful and now just wishing for the match pot to match x thank you!

Overwhelmingly, and without exception, every recipient has said that these are the best and longest lasting fragrance they’ve ever known in candle form, and they are all experienced high end candle aficionados. The starter kit makes such a beautiful gift, with huge love particularly for fragrances Eden and Orangery.
