I absolutely love the ethos of this brand and the quality of the Pott candle and matchsticks starter pack that I received is superb. I chose Heather grey with the Tonka scent which is a lovely rich vanilla scent and I’m delighted with my purchase.

The pots are beautifully made, the tonka candle scent fills the whole of the downstairs and smells divine!

I simply love this company. Gorgeous candles. Scents that make me smile, refillable simple Potts, and amazing customer service. What's not to like?

The scents are gorgeous, my favourites are Eden and the new Rose candle. They are also quick to answer questions. Well done.

The petite candle size is lovely - once it arrived. I ordered paying for next day delivery as the candle was intended as a gift. It arrived 8 days later than I’d have expected so too late for the gift. I emailed 3 times to find out what happened - no explanation, a promise to respond (which they didn’t) and an offer of compensation (not forthcoming). It’ll be a lovely gift for someone but not the person it was intended for.

I'm not sure what is going on , but Potts say they have dispatched my order. The delivery company tracker says they have been notified of the dispatch, but have not yet received it.
When I contacted Potts I got an email reply saying the delivery company didn't always update their tracker (?) or some delivery areas take longer to reach (?).
I'm struggling to accept either explanation. Delivery trackers are updated electronically when goods are scanned in , and I live in a city. It isn't difficult to reach.
Having read some of the reviews I feel I'm being fobbed off so have come to the review page sooner than I might have otherwise done.

The products are lovely (they smell gorgeous) and it’s great to find an option that doesn’t mean buying a glass or ceramic tin to be wasted every time i buy a candle.
Customer service was also very helpful.

Fantastic service from Emma at Pott candles. Emailed me as the starter set I had ordered was unexpectedly out of stock and offered an alternative starter kit and a free refill or a full refund. Order arrived shortly after I’d confirmed acceptance. The Pott is beautiful and the scents (orangery, fig and Eden) smell great. I have burnt the orangery (not my chosen scent) and am impressed by the scent throw. Love the fact these are reusable Potts.

I am loving the Pott concept and all the scents I have tried so far. Sustainability with my simple but beautiful refillable pots and the strongest, longest lasting, best scents I have ever found ( and I have tried So many ) what’s not to love. Not cheap but you definitely get value for money.

I feel compelled to write a review as I was blown away by every little detail when I received my order! The quality and care that has clearly been put in at every stage of the process is truly exceptional. I adore my whole order!

I received my order after a few weeks (some items were pre-ordered) and after a quick email response from the team, they reassured me the items would be on their way soon and when to expect dispatch. They explained the process in making the Potts etc. which could be seen in the outstanding quality of the items. Although I was SO excited to get my items, I would hands down choose to wait for a company like this over mass produced, poor quality items any day!

To top off an already amazing experience, I emailed to request no tonka candles (I had purchased three sets which all included a surprise refill candle). They came back to me immediately to say that the surprise scents were automatically generated so they couldn't amend them but sent me free 2 Lavendula candles to make up for the tonka freebies I wasn't going to use. How nice is that!!

Wow was I wrong about the tonka (I am not usually a fan of this fragrance)! My mum loves it (I gave it to her) and the smell is divine when it is burning so I am going to order a 4th candle set for myself! I already own the white, green and pink Potts so might as well get Heather too!

I have OCD and one of the few things that can calm my head is a safe lovely smell (in particular essential oils as my mum would use these when I was struggling with my OCD as a child) but I really struggle to find things that don’t smell artificial as that makes it so much worse. I am obsessed and so grateful for your company! Thank you so so much!

Great product and service. A well organised web site allowed easy ordering of my products which arrived nicely packaged and shipped in good time.

I’ve had the Orangery scent before which I adore, but decided to try something new. I ordered the Greenhouse scent, it’s just as gorgeous! Even before I opened up the packaging, there was this lovely fresh smell in my hallway, I’m thrilled to bits, thank you!
