Great product that I’ve been after for a while.
But, I was even more impressed with their customer service after having an issue with my delivery. It was followed up and resolved very swiftly.

Ordered and delivered within 5 days.. Very impressed

Really great simple service, thanks very much.

Great to order from an independent store, delivery was quick and everything in order.
Great machine for the money

Delivered very promptly. Straightforward to assemble. Good build quality. Great to use.

Purchased leg extension machine which was delivered quickly and efficiently. After assembly 1 part was incorrect which After contacting the seller who sent the right one the day after would highly recommend

Ordered a replacement part for a rowing machine. Spoke direct to XS, very helpful, even sent You Tube videos to aid fitting.

Received item in a matter of days despite there being a bank holiday inbetween.Item was exactly as decribed.
Very happy

I wish to obtain a User Manual for the XS-Sports Rowing Machine R 110. The included Owner's Manual is not a user manual but an installation manual and is inadequate for the purpose of use of the machine. In particular, I do not understand how to get access to the Computer, and how to replace the batteries. Also I am confused by the relation bet Manual and Computer

A very good idea ruined by poor quality workmanship and low quality materials. This machine lasted 1 year and 10 days before the welds failed making it unusable, XS sports had been supportive up until then and now they don’t want to know. I have had trouble from the start due to the low quality metal, having had a major part replaced, however, the welding of the machine was very poor and didn’t last. This machine was used once a week and never at its max capacity, a lot of money to pay for something so poorly put together.

Very good solid bike very easy to put together very happy with purchase 10/10

Fast delivery. Prompt reply when I emailed a query about my product. V. Good service.

Arrived on time and with no damage, bit tricky to put together, took about 45 mins as a couple bolts were tricky.
Might be an ideal to number the parts on the plastic covers as it was a bit hit and miss working out what bolt goes where

Excellent service good product well done xs

Very helpful advice as to what bike to buy. Parcel delivered at the right time.
Instructions for assembly were very good, just a couple of problems with the wiring.
Very pleased.
