Got of to a bad start when unable to connect to links for courier tracking. Couldn't phone XS due to poor hearing so sent 2 messages to their site which were not answered. Result being I missed 2 delivery attempts and Parcelforce then telling me I had to travel to their depot, 32 mile round trip, to collect parcel. Fortunately when I explained they were decent about it and sent it out again.
No problems with rowing machine, good solid construction and reasonably easy to assemble. Only used a few times so can't comment on future use. Probably would have gave 5* except for delivery and no reply from XS.

So far so good, seems a nice solid machine I’m new to rowing so time will tell, but very happy so far.

Good customer service received my bike when they said it will arrive
Very happy with this bike

Brilliant product, very fast delivery - would absolutely recommend

Great service from delivery to after sales support, who sent me replacement parts to replace some damaged parts, which were received the next day !
Great service all round.

Exactly as expected. Delivery spot on. The item itself is decent. Instructions to build are okay if you think before rushing in. Works fine. Recommended for price.

My cross trainer arrived really quickly within a week. It was easy to put together with my husband and it didn't take us long. Its easy to use and I'm looking forward to getting fit.

Good customer service and great item , put the bike up and tried out very nice

Quick delivery, sturdy build, looks well, reasonably easy assembly apart from the computer which is tricky because the pictures are so small. Used 3 times and seems to operate well, fairly quiet. Seat reasonable but I like to do 45 mins plus so have opted to buy a padded seat cover

Super advice on the parts I needed and very fast delivery.

Great product and great service. Ordered Saturday and delivered on Monday. Easy to assemble and very sturdy. Great features too. Excellent value for money.

Instructions could do with more clarity, luckily I figured them out, some parts where difficult to fit, my engineer hubby had no probs though. Seems sturdy, even though its got a maximum weight of 110kg my son has used it wit no issues.
Very pleased.

Have now had my crosstrainer for a year and it's been in constant daily use. I did have one problem after 6 months of use The right hand bearings to the peddle became lose due to a bad fitting. As it was still under warranty I emailed for replacement. The reply I received was excellent and the whole of the right side peddle was despatched by same day delivery. I can only that the service was top form. Thank whoever is JJ.

Quick delivery, packaged extremely well. Able to put together following instructions, good strong machine, well made, would recommend to any one looking to buy a home cross trainer.

Needed a new tension belt for my model of cross-trainer. Found the item via the web, although I could purchase via Amazon or Ebay too, it was cheaper to buy direct from the merchant.
Easy process, simple payment method and fast / secure delivery.
More than happy to use again and recommend.

Great service no complaints

Cross trainer delivered when it said it would. My husband and I put it up(did take a while), no problem putting it up. Instructions good. When I first started using it a couple of the bolts kept coming undone, gave its really good tighten and all seems fine now 🤞. Price a bit dearer than I wanted to pay.

Great service & very helpful customer service

The CT700 cross trainer is great value, easy to assemble and does everything that you would expect from a home use machine. Fixings for a water bottle would be useful though!
