Powder Butterfly Opiniones

Bought as a gift and sent directly so I didn't see it but the recipient was very happy, loves it. We stayed in Durham recently so it was perfect.

Another excellent purchase.
Love the Durham mug that arrived safely and promptly. I already have the Newcastle and Whitley Bay mugs.
I am always pleased with my purchases from you. I buy them for myself and to give as presents.

I needed some new mugs after a little accident in the kitchen and was attracted by the design and the fact that they are made in Britain. The quality is very good, much lighter than most mugs you see for sale.

It was a birthday present for a friend and she loves it.

It started with a friendly chat at Newcastle Christmas market, showing many tempting items. Thank you for offering me your card allowing me to make a mail order purchase on return home. Delighted customer.

Excellent personalised service.

I’ve bought about 20 of the beautiful bookmarks of Newcastle/Gateshead landmarks as gifts. They are so beautiful and everyone loves them. Corrine goes the extra mile to deliver fantastic customer care. Great little business, great fund.

A quality item quickly dispatched.
Thanks 🙂

The communication was first class- the product is fabulous and exactly what I was looking for. Really excellent customet service and very happy to support such a good local business

Great little company my husband has been going on about having a tea set for ages and I happened to come across powder butterfly as they had a newcastle teapot set, I paid for extra for the delivery to come quicker it came on time but unfortunately even though it was wrapped well and taped up saying fragile the cup had smashed, I messaged straight away for corinne to message straight back saying she would send out an replacement and that she was ever so sorry that it had happened, 2 days later I received a completely whole new set not just the cup. This shows how much she cares about her customers as she has gone above and beyond to do this. I will definitely be recommending her to people and will be buying again, great little shop 👍

Very well packed … quick delivery. A friend had already bought me a couple of the Sycamore free mugs … so I’ve added to my collection. Lovely items

Products good quality and prompt delivery .

Beautiful artwork rendered on really high quality materials. The matte cover is lovely and soft to the touch. The recipient loved it.

Excellent service and prompt. Quality product and very happy with it. Would highly recommend.

Bag smaller than expected. Service was fine, but slightly disappointed.
