Bought as a gift and sent directly so I didn't see it but the recipient was very happy, loves it. We stayed in Durham recently so it was perfect.

I was advised when an item I wanted was back in stock. And because I was in the area I was also able to collect the item direct from the building containing the artist's studio.

Hi Fiona, thank you for your review and for supporting my small business. It is very much appreciated.
Lovely item and delivery good
Lovely item and delivery good. Only downside was the paper was folded and not rolled & had thick creases. I wanted to use for decoupage so it wasn’t suitable due to the heavy creases. No indication on the order that the item would be folded.

Thank you for leaving us a review Sandra. I am so sorry that your order didn't meet your expectations. Please feel free to return your order and I will give you a full refund excluding postage. I will make sure that I update the listing online so that future customers know this paper arrives folded as opposed to rolled. I really appreciate your feedback and support for my small business. If you decide to keep the paper I hope that you will find it useful for wrapping gifts. Should you wish to contact me privately to discuss your refund please email hello@powderbutterfly.com All the best Corinne :)

My relatives have received their gifts for chistmas but have not opened them yet. They are delighted with the messages which make them feel they are not alone down south in North Wales and have a connection with their relatives in the North East. Excellent service..... Thankyou so much as it is just the effect I wanted. X
