I ordered a new washing machine from Power City on Thursday. I was having a problem on line and a very polite man...I think his name was Kieran, rang me back and sorted everything for me. My machine was delivered today by two very polite young men. No fuss and no bother. I am very happy with how efficient everything was. Thank you.

Adam was the sales guy there when I purchased a washing machine. He is a credit to the store.He explained how it worked, sorted out delivery time and collection of my old appliance. The delivery guys were very polite, took all the rubbish with them and installed the washing machine in no time

I went in to get a fan, specifically a Dyson. Plenty of people walking around, I want to say working, but they clearly weren't as no one approached me while I was loitering at the fan. I could of course have approached them, but I go to a shop for service and customer friendliness, which is lacking here.
Now I will have to go somewhere else tomorrow I'm afraid. Unless the price is really good, I don't think I will be hurrying back (the Carrickmines store). This is a bot of a shame as I do prefer to shop local and support an Irish brand.

Polite,helpful, friendly delivery guys. The large fridge could not get in our kitchen cabinet due to ill-fitting doors. (our fault). We worried that they couldnt fit the fridge and would leave it outside the cabinet. But with some effort and skill,without complaining, they got the fridge in. Great service.
