The BLACK+DECKER tower fan did not deliver the level of airflow and cooling performance I expected from the description provided. After trying it, I found it was not suitable for my needs.

I contacted Power City to explain my concerns, but despite being a genuine customer issue, I was met with a flat refusal and no attempt to offer a solution such as an exchange or goodwill gesture.

A disappointing product experience made worse by disappointing customer service. I expected much better.

Fast, quick and reliable

I ordered a new washing machine from Power City on Thursday. I was having a problem on line and a very polite man...I think his name was Kieran, rang me back and sorted everything for me. My machine was delivered today by two very polite young men. No fuss and no bother. I am very happy with how efficient everything was. Thank you.
