I really don’t often get to say this but the whole experience from start to finish was spot on. Luke and Harry the installers were brilliant very professional and polite and Louise has been amazing very supportive. The whole package was an amazing deal after shopping around. I am extremely happy with the fit and service.

I was very lucky as I was just about to sign for someone else and a work colleague put me in touch with Powergy. Harry P made the whole process so easy for someone like me who has no idea about how Solar power, Batteries etc work. Fantastic service and price and I would just like to add the installation team couldn’t be more helpful.

We had a couple of quotes from local companies and they seemed expensive. Looking for a more sensible quote I got in touch with Powergy and they have been excellent throughout the whole process. The install took place within a couple of weeks of us accepting the quote. Unusually no money was required up front and they did not invoice us until we were happy with the install. Harry P was a great communicator and the lads who carried out the work were both friendly and professional. The actual installation was incredibly neat and unobtrusive. All in all we would happily recommend Powergy.

Powergy just installed a 24 x AIKO 510w panel / Sigenergy SigenStor 18kWh / Sigenergy HomePro SP-F gateway system for me, and I couldn’t be happier with it! They listened to everything I asked for and offered advice based on their years of experience. Their pricing was very competitive and I can’t fault the quality of their workmanship - it’s been done to the standard I’d aim for if doing it myself… and I’m picky! Very nice people to deal with (Louise was my main point of contact), often responding to my emails way outside of normal working hours! Everyone who came to my property, both scaffolders and installers, were friendly, polite and respectful. I won’t hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Thanks Powergy!

On the morning of the installation, we were met with blizzard snow conditions, but the team still arrived and after a short wait, were able to commence the installation, completing the installation of 14 panels, Tesla Gateway, and 2 x Powerwall batteries.

The entire job was slick and neatly done, with it being completed, tested, guidance shown, then handed over within 7 hours!

Just moving into an older home with an air source heat pump gulping electric, i did alot of research into solars and batteries. Then finding which company to go with i used trustpilot to see who to give me quotes.

I contacted Louise, who has been amazing, got an extremely competitive quote(others said its too good to be true, slated the company and lied about them), was never any pushy sales techiniques and me saying what i wanted was met with loads of information put in a nice basic way.

I wasn't the easiest of customers looking back, i would text louise on a sunday afternoon expecting a reply on monday, but got one back with in the hour! I changed the order a few times, but was never an issue.

I took advantage of a cancellation and got my installation done very quick after the DNO got settled for me. 12x Aiko Panels(which look great), 8Kw inverter, 2x sigenstor 10.0s and a gateway. This has alot of features too in the app im learning about(and it learning about me too!)

Ive had 2 days since installation and had 1 miserable rain day and a nice sunny day. I use my batteries to charge off peak and havent used the grid at all since then and still have 45% left today and the solar even created enough, it exported and powered everything in my home for a chunk of the day even though it has the scaffolding poles shading some the panels. So cant wait see how good it really is! The install is very tidy, brandon done the fitting of the panels and stayed to help the sparky lads on after who stayed late to make sure it was done. Getting a lovely finish that has caight the eye of my neighbours. Massive thanks lads and best of luck with your scooby Brandon(sounds like you need it).

I also had a question after the install on saturday morning. I text Louise, then i get an installer ring me back to explain stuff out to me and was giving me some good advice on top!

I dont normally do reviews, but this company is in a minefield of different solar companies and out of all i dealt wirh im 100% glad i picked Powergy. No doubt will be more business coming there way with my neighbours too i reckon.

I did a lot of research prior to choosing Powergy for my solar install because it was a significant outlay, and something that would likely be on my house for two decades or more. I spoke to Harry who runs a lot of the operation on the phone, and then he visited my property. Harry seemed to completely understand what it was I was after, and also seemed to know his stuff compared to a number of the other contractors I had come round to quote. On top of that, their price was also competitive, especially because I wanted Solar Skirts which other contractors wanted to charge extra for. The install was done in two parts, due to heavy rain across two days which slowed things down quite a bit. However, Luke and Brandon (the installers) were both friendly and excellent and again, a credit to the team. The install works as it should, and more importantly, looks clean and professional. All in all, I would have no qualms about recommending Powergy for your solar installation.

Pricing was good value in comparison to competitors from the start (so no silly negotiating from inflated prices) - Sales team, customer service, Scaffolders, roofer and electrician were all amazing - clean, tidy, efficient and considerate and able to answer a multitude of questions

I didn’t end up placing my order with Powergy, but I wanted to leave this review because my experience with Louise Peters was outstanding. She was professional, genuine, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the quoting process, no sales pressure, just honest advice and clear explanations.

Louise kept in touch, answered every question promptly, and made the whole process easy to understand. It’s rare to find someone in this industry who focuses more on educating and helping customers than on closing a sale.

If the rest of Powergy operates with the same integrity and care that Louise does, they’ll continue to build a great reputation. Even though I didn’t go ahead this time, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking into solar.

We looked at getting solar for several years but never really attracted us until after i research more deeply into solar, batteries and tariffs in the past few months.
Speaking to a dozen companies and getting quotes, Dan @ Powergy stood out, he was extremely patient and helpful with the thousands of questions i threw at him.
The quote was very reasonable, the process of the G98/99 took longer than expected, but once we got confirmation from DNO, scaffolding and install was smooth and swift.
We were originally quoted for 16 Aiko panels, 10KW Inverter, 2x 8KW batteries, Gateway, and EV charger.
We got a free upgrade to 2x 10KW batteries due to the 8's being discontinued. Thanks😊
We also added an extra panel.
Luke and Brandon did a brilliant clean job on the install, the panels and bird protection mesh in all black looks great. The batteries and Inverter are mesmerising when you just stare at the LEDs.

After extensive research I decided to put my trust in Powergy, a fairly new company but has very experienced staff. Their product, price point, customer service, diligence , expertise and install team are exceptional. I would recommend them completely for solar solutions.

Powergy provided me with the best value quote after looking through many different companies. Harry was very helpful and clear throughout the whole process and the scaffolding went up as promised the day before install.
On the day Luke and Brandon arrived on time and got to work straight away, they were both very polite and professional and clearly know their stuff. They discussed what was going to happen and kept me up to date through the day too.
The workmanship is brilliant and everything was left neat and tidy with all the packaging taken away. They even fixed the end cap on my roof whilst they were up there as it loosened in the recent storm.
Once everything was installed I was taken through the set up process and shown how to use the app that is paired to my Battery and inverter.

From start to finish everything was done at the time commited to. The Powergy installers were polite and efficient in installing my solar rpanels and battery. Everything was done neatly and professionally, including running cabling underneath a pathway and making good.

Had my solar installed by harry and his team yesterday. They made sure that every little detail was perfect. I already had an EV cable running down the wall so they also run their cables parallel and evenly spaced to fit in. In my book, that's the care and attention you need to be successful. They stayed later than normal just so that they could finish up the install due to no fault of their own. My personal favourite was seeing all the equipment come off the van and having gone for black rails just because they look better. It wasn't about cost cutting and doing it quick for this company, It was about doing a good job and doing it to make a lasting impression. I would happily recommend them to anyone that asks!

We've been really pleased with their work and Dan has always been very helpful with any queries. They’ve installed 10 Aiko panels, 10kw Sig inverter x2 10kw sig batteries and Gateway. The engineers arrived on time and were very pleasant, polite and professional. They also helped at removing two existing old panels when other installers refused to.
