We contacted Powergy in August. Installed a month later. They explained everything clearly and succinctly, at every step.
Installers were also lovely and friendly. Just cracked on and did it in a day. Scaffolders came the day before and then 2 days after install.
System as a whole looks smart. It was also one of our cheapest quotes.
I'd genuinely highly recommend Powergy.

From an online ad which at first seemed too good to be true, with caution I contacted Harry. Within a few sentences I was comfortable that I was talking to a knowledgeable installer and not a frontline salesperson. The conversation quickly moved to adjusting the online quote to my requirements without hassle. My confidence continued to grow, I had my personal competitive quote the same day, no hard sell as Harry knows the products were a good fit for my requirements. We agreed to finalise the quote after a site visit, this ensured the best outcome for me as I was on the fence about products and Harry was happy to oblige.
Come install day the engineers arrived in good time to complete the job the same day and all my neighbours have been shocked at how efficient and professional the install was, power being generated the same day.
I have already passed Powergy’s number on to friends and family as I am confident they will continue to deliver to high standards.

Harry initially got in touch following my request for a quote, initial design was done very quickly and he was happy to amend the system and provide alternative options when I asked.

The day of the install went very smoothly, the team turned up in the morning, discussed the plan for where the powerwall + gateway was going and got to work. By the afternoon everything was connected and running, they were happy to run me through the system and answer any questions.

The install was very tidy and the powerwall looks great. They even found a broken tile on the roof and went out to buy a replacement and just replaced it for me.

From start to finish. They have been very helpful. They plan the job out before they got to my house. The engineer explained what he was doing. He also asked me what I would like and how I would like the job. The engineer didn’t do the easiest route he did the best route to make the job look tidy. which made extra work for him. The finished job was better than I was expecting. The price was excellent very competitive. so to get such a good job was a great surprise as quality was not dropped. I would highly recommend them from my experience of them.

Harry made the entire process make sense with his down to earth way he dealt with us. He explained everything fully and gave us options.
Luke installed the system for us (14 Aiko panels, 8kw Sig inverter and x2 10kw sig batteries) and worked his arse off.
After sales has also been good when any questions arise. These guys really know their stuff!
Price was also better than other quotes we got from not very interested companies.

I just had a Solar install completed in Lancashire by Powergy (8 Aiko panels, 5KW Sig inverter and 10KW Sig battery). There were several things that stood out for me, Firstly from the get go Harry was the only one of many I spoke to that actually listened to what I was looking to do and recommended the appropriate kit rather than trying to sell me something that had no upgrade path. Secondly the install was super efficient, the team doing a great job. Then price I was quoted for top notch gear and a much larger battery was extremely competitive, and unlike most they wanted no cash prior to completion. Finally Harry was super responsive to questions as the process progressed. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Powergy for a solar install.

I’ve been dealing with Harry from Powergy over the past couple of months while exploring options for a fairly complex solar installation. Throughout that time, we worked together to refine the design and went back and forth on several technical aspects.

To give an idea of the scale, the system included 17 panels spread across three roof sections facing different directions, a 12kW inverter, 30kWh of battery storage and a full home backup setup in case of a power cut.

Despite the complexity and the number of revisions, Harry was consistently helpful, responsive and professional. He took the time to understand what I was trying to achieve and came back with well-thought-out solutions each time. Their pricing was also very competitive compared to other quotes I received.

In the end, I chose to go with a different installer for reasons unrelated to Powergy or Harry. Whether or not that was the right decision remains to be seen, but it doesn't take away from the excellent experience I had dealing with them.

Really happy with the service Powergy provided, from Harry doing the initial conversation on the phone to the guys who did the install on site.

Any questions I asked were answered competently and were never too much trouble.

I’ve had several comments on how clean the install is, and how good it looks. We had some difficulty in the logistics of how to best set it up, and the team came up with several solutions as a way forward. The set up of the panels is different to how we first intended, as Harry came up with a much better and more aesthetic solution - they now wrap around a dormer and have no breaks in continuity.

Had a couple of return visits to ensure everything was working as it should (from gateway to car charger), and overall really happy with the service. The system is also performing at a greater capacity than we thought it would, which is also a bonus.

Just had my install completed on Tuesday by Powergy. I have been so happy with every detail from the initial chat with Harry through to my receiving my MCS certificate the very next day. As I am sure everyone does, I did numerous quotes and checks on installers to make sure I was choosing the right installer for my system. I threw so many questions at Harry and had a very short time to get my system fitted. This has been a very happy purchase with everything taken care of. Luke did an amazing install and kept me updated what they were doing and answered all my questions. If you’re looking for an installer, I can totally recommend them, for quality of work and price too.

Harry and team were excellent from start to finish. I had researched what we wanted, which was a solar and battery system which would allow us to keep functioning in the event of a power cut as we both work from home. Did not want a Tesla system, so the Aiko 510W panels plus the Sigenergy 16kWh battery and gateway was perfect and we can add further batteries easily if we need later. It has now been running for 2 weeks and we have used no electricity from the grid. I am now waiting for our Smart meter to be upgraded by Octopus so we can get paid for exporting. 2 weeks in and the system has generated 405kWh from 12 panels. I know it is peak summer and has been mostly sunny but it is great.
Harry was clear about everything in the sales and install process and they got the job done in 1 day, got the app set up on my phone and left the job looking really good with no mess.
