Delivery experience is not ideal
The website is easy to use with a good range of products. Placing an order was quick and easy. Delivery was expensive, and there was no communication. The delivery driver turned up unannounced with a pallet which he left in the road. For the cost and size of the delivery, I would expect more communication.

I have previously bought a solar battery
I have previously bought a solar battery from them before I got a good price for it and good customer service and delivery on time so I thought I would get another solar battery from them, I am very happy that I have received the battery the next working day so I would definitely recommend Powerland battery company to my friend's.

With them before, pricing is good and the order arrives a few days later. The delivery service is good but there’s no eta or windows of arrival which would be more helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending powerland.

Ordered online. Good price. Comms ahead of order good. Comms after order not good and still awaiting delivery. Have called a number of times to chase up and despite assurance on the way / will call you back nothing yet received. No tracking available either. Shame as there’s clearing a breakdown somewhere in this company
