This site has gone way downhill. It used to be somewhat respectable, but now they've made it nearly impossible to withdraw any winnings. Plenty of legit options out there, and this isn't one of them. Stay well clear.

But I strongly recommend players to not use any bonuses, as there is a max cashout rule of usually 10x. So if you deposit 20$, you’ll only be able to cashout 200$ (if you use a bonus). What can we do with 200$ in 2026? Nothing.

They also need to be faster in email support. They sometimes never answer by email.

I am extremely disappointed with how PowerPlay Casino conducts business.

I completed the full verification process and submitted all requested documents. Despite this, my withdrawals have been delayed for days with no clear explanation and no meaningful response from support. My winnings are currently inaccessible, and I am unable to withdraw my own funds. There’s about $46,817 that I just cannot get a hold of and everyday they keep delaying

What is most concerning is the lack of communication. Emails go unanswered, timelines are not provided, and there is no transparency around why withdrawals are being blocked after verification has already been completed. They just keep giving me excuses about the payment team is reviewing. I’ve never had a platform that just doesn’t want you to get your money out.

I have been patient and cooperative throughout this process, but this delay is well beyond reasonable. At this point, it raises serious concerns about payout practices and customer protection.

Trash customer support, not helpful whatsoever. I filled out a survey with the promise of compensation of 50 free spins, was never notified that they were credited to my account (this was like, 6 days after completing the survey), had to find out myself conveniently “after” they expired.

Chat continues to double down saying that their hands are tied, too bad, and continue reiterating the same crap, insinuating that it’s my fault for not knowing they’d been issued? I thanked the gentleman; and, had told them, in the comments section, which is made for the commenting on the experience given by the chat; I wrote that I will have been coming into a tiny touch of monies shortly thereafter and that I will remember them for doing something that casinos don't need to do which is provide these courtesy gestures; and that I would return to thank them by playing with them and giving them my loyalty and attention, in the least. And so today is that day, whereby the funds have came; and I'm about to go deposit there. They've done it again. Very small, but a bonus was promised for completeing a survey and SURPRISE! No bonus granted and email not working on their site to bring up the matter (Not that they'd address it regardless)...

This site is a scam, every review u read is fake, they don’t even give you fast withdrawals at all, the live support is super disrespectful and they don’t help u whatsoever, I made an account I did a $50 deposit I’ve won and went to make a withdrawal when I did they asked me to verify my identity through Flinks and connect my bank? I would highly recommend taking your money elsewhere. They will ding you for extra documents every time you go to withdraw, and then take days to respond to your documents. Not worth it at all.
