I’ve found it impossible to get clear answers from their customer service. I’m constantly told that someone will get back to me soon, but it never happens. There are far better online casinos out there where you can actually win and receive support when issues come up, which seems to be a regular occurrence with this site. I definitely can’t recommend Power Play Casino.

Since they "upgraded" the site, I have been extremely unhappy with my experience. They have made finding games, or searching by provider impossible. There is no option to search by provider, they don't have a large list of providers anyways, but Pragmatic and Playtech are a couple of my favorites, so I have stayed. They got rid of REALISTIC, which is a BIG disappointment. Having said this, if you want to find a game that you used to play, by, day, Pragmatic, but can't remember the name, you have to LITERALLY scroll through the ENTIRE LIST OF GAMES, which is NOT IN ANY PARTICULAR ORDER, not by provider, game type, alphabetical, NO RHYME OR REASON AT ALL., and while doing this, HOPE YOU HAPPEN UPON A GAME YOU RECOGNIZE, OR HAVE PLAYED BEFORE. If you don't open a game, you don't even know what provider it is from. It is time consuming, frustrating and is about to drive me away to the competition. I am sad, because they used to have a weekly promotion of up to 100 spins EVERY TUESDAY. Somehow, that promotion was not able to continue because the spins would show up, but woruld not work. After about a month they simply discontinued the promotion, and didn't even bother to replace it. That promotion was a big reason I spent my money there every week, in order to earn my 100 spins for the following week. The management and promotions department need to do some SERIOUS brainstorming before they lose a lot of loyal customers from simply not implementing some very basic and fundamental ways to navigate the site.
HAVING SAID ALL OF THIS, I WILL POINT OUT THE 2 THINGS THAT HAVE RETAINED MY BUSINESS UP UNTIL NOW..... 1. EXCELLENT and instant customer service EVERY SINGLE TIME. 2 INSTANT or at least VERY fast withdrawals. Within minutes 9 times out of 10. (Just contact a customer service rep upon doing your withdrawal and they almost always will be able to INSTANTLY process it. )
If it were not for these 2 HUGE assets to this site, I would already be gone.
DO BETTER POWERPLAY, IM ALMOST AT THE JUMPING OFF POINT. (and that makes me sad)

Customer service needs help themselves.. they don't have a clue what's going on I have screen recording proof malfunctioning. That tell me then they tell me that the bet was placed and I never did it since it went to the news site Nothing but issues Each representative Changes their story I used to really enjoy this site Now I can.

Never waste your time playing on PowerPlay as I have won multiple times and every customer service representative that you chat with gives you a different story about you trying to withdraw your money purposely keep making excuses hoping that you play Your Winnings And lose them while they keep making excuses that they can’t withdraw your money your withdrawal has been denied. They even told me The payment team will not be until the morning but the previous night they had no problem, giving me a Withdrawal. You will have more fun on partycasino Northstar bets And betmgm And other platforms, PowerPlay only let you withdraw 3000 and if Lucky 6000 in 24 hour. While others let you withdrawal 9999 In one transaction and then you can withdraw another 9999, I had fun on PowerPlay but No longer care as my withdrawals are such a hassle

So disappointed with Powerplay. This used to be my absolute favourite site. They have taken away all the games I loved to play not to mention the weekly free spins which has forced me to go to another site. I rarely play this site because of that.

Plenty to say about my bad experience with PowerPlay.com. Verifying my ID took several days and they wanted everything. Bank statements, photo id front back then selfie with the ID and another piece of mail in order to enable withdraw function.

Sports betting withdraw denied.

1. I deposited funds and won 3 spots bets. 2 of which were under 2 ods. I was informed that they don't payout bets if its under 2ods. So i placed a bet with 2.45 of 5 ods and won $45. Withdraw was denied as i need to wager under $25 per bet and have ods of a minimum of 2 ods for a total of $1,200 in order to qualify for 'chum'. So denied withdraw.

2. Slots withdraw denied.

After my deposit i played slots and lost so badly i wanted to withdraw my remaining $53.50. Nope. Withdraw request was denied and this was due to anti money laundering policies.

3. None of this is posted on their website.

I see other reviews from people like 'consumer' and others. I can tell you that if you deposit money they will not allow you with withdraw your funds, slots don't win hardly anything, sports betting wont pay out unless you do high risk bets and you do a minimum of $1,200 in successful wins. And even then im not sure if they will approve it.

I don't recommend this website to anyone. If you decide to do it anyways please post your reviews so others can be warned.

Everything was great ....nice site....fun games....but I ended up winning 1000.....I tried to withdraw it. Nope ....now they wanted photo ID selfie and front and back of the card I used.....no problem did that.....now they want a statement....letter from the bank confirming ownership and a statement showing the transaction. This is absurd.....they took all my money no problem for the past month but now I can't get my winnings. How embarrassing to go to the bank and get a letter stating its my account. They are not gonna honor my money. So please please please be aware.

Update, I just got screwed out of $585 because I overshot the rollover requirements. Have to wager 20x but can only receive a max of 10x? Scammers. I hate this site. AVOID.

The only reason I've been using powerplay up until now is it's fast withdrawal times but now they can't even do that. Low betting limits, no bonuses ever, and customer service is quick but not really helpful overall. Definitely the lowest end of betting sites this one is.

Very little incentive to game on this site. Churn amounts on any "bonus" are extremely high and only until I joined other sites did I realize how little they value a higher limit player. Their "free spins tuesday" has been down for over 2 months which was at the very least and slightly entertaining perk. For a player that deposits consistently I would never recommend this site as there are other sites that treat their "A" listers much better.
