Great food, fast delivery. Highly recommend as a freezer staple

So glad I found Pow Food. The amount of time and effort it saves me is fantastic. Each and every dish is delicious and healthy. They attempt to sources everything locally and organic. My son thanks me on evenings we have a Pow Food dish instead of my cooking ☺️

I have absolutely loved trying the new mum bundle! What amazing quality meals for two, so easy to cook and healthy choices! The handy snack boxes are also amazing…easy to store,long shelf life and great for mums needing a healthy but tasty afternoon snack to give them some energy x

The quality of the food is beyond expectation. Everything is delicious and balanced. Also was delivered well frozen and packaging was recyclable where possible.

The best ready meals I have ever tried, and mind me I have tried almost everything out there!
The meals are so delicious, it tastes as if it was handmade by myself at home so fresh, so tasty and they are super nutritious. They are also so convenient, I just keep them in freezer and I can get one ready to eat in less than 40 minutes while I do other chores at home - perfect for busy people who don't have the time to shop, prep and cook meals daily! Totally recommend.

Good range of meals including vegetarian, gluten free meals and sides, well-balanced complete meals and very helpful customer service.

I’ve only had one delivery so far but the food is honestly the best I’ve ever tried in a ready meal. It doesn’t taste like a ready meal at all, it actually tastes like healthy, real food. I also prefer the fact it comes frozen so I have more control over when I eat each meal without having to throw anything away.
Their customer service is also great. I made a change to my delivery date very close to when I was supposed to receive my order and they phoned me themselves to check if this was done on purpose. The only other company that has ever phoned me themselves to check on my needs is Riverford, and their services were also great. I think it’s very telling when a company takes the time to check in with their customers.
They also instruct to eat the food within a day after defrosting it but some of the meals I had in the fridge for up to four days as I had no room in the freezer and they were perfectly fine. Meanwhile in other ready meal boxes I had to throw a lot of the food away as they would go bad within a couple of days.
They also included some sweet treats with my bundle, which are delicious, especially the brownie!
The only improvement I would make is the ability to order a weekly box but change the meals on a weekly basis. At the moment if you order a meal and select “weekly” you are going to get the same meal every single week. If you want to get something different you have to go through the process of removing the meal from your substitutions and subscribing to a different one. I think the best option would be for them to create a subscription service where you select your meals by a deadline like so many other services do.
However, I do think the quality is really up there with Pow and I’m really happy I gave them a shot! Will keep ordering from here.

Really loved the POW selection that I chose for our girls weekend away. What a great way to have delicious food and not have to cook from scratch so that we could enjoy the hikes, beach walks and amazing scenery with worrying where to buy fresh healthy food to prepare. Delivery to our Devon destination was on time, we didn't have to worry about taking it with us, it was really well presented and utterly delicious. Highly recommend.

The whole experience from ordering, receiving and eating this delicious food has been nothing but amazing. The food is very very tasty.
I know this might sound very superficial but the packaging is very stylish and makes the contents of my freezer look like designer food.

The best home delivery meals I’ve tasted! I love that POW Food not only use ingredients of the highest quality, they take no shortcuts when preparing the meals and as a nutritionist I can confidently recommend these meals and their New Parents Meal bundle to others. Each meal is filling and comforting, yet doesn’t leave with you with that heavy bloated feeling. I love that POW Food have a strong focus on health a nutrition, yet manage to make their meals so tasty. All round they’re great value for money!

The food was great! Served at a workshop and all the participants ate every bit up and loved it all! The Vegan Cottage Pie surprised a lot of people on how good it is. The dairy fish pie was tasty and the cacao and avocado dessert - people were almost licking the dish clean!

Great and quick delivery service. The vegan food tastes absolutely amazing. Doesn’t even taste like a microwave meal, it tastes like restaurant quality. Can’t wait to order the next box!

No additives

Good food but service is inconsistent. Healthy food that tastes pretty good for diet food, however service was inconsistent. They did not respond to emails immediately and had to call a few times. In the end, they did their best to help but inconsistent service.

Completely blown away with the value for money. I have tried almost all of the fresh to frozen meals, I couldn’t choose which one is my favourite because they are all so delicious. They beat anything you can get in a supermarket. There is no mistaking the nutritious, delicious and quality ingredients. Not to mention the portion sizes are very generous. I have a selection of these meals in my freezer ready for the times I don’t have the time to cook myself a healthy meal from scratch. The brownies are also really delicious and the dressings complement any meal. Can’t wait to receive my next POW box of yummy nutritious meals. I would like to add that these meals are deep frozen and packed so well, with ice packs, that they arrive as fresh as the day they were made. All you need to do is pop them in your freezer.
