After trying to contact iscare from Feb & getting very little response back! Was told you keep trying to contact them you go to the bottom again, send them everything they asked when finally the did communicate with me & then weeks again of hearing nothing! Decided to have my face lift in UK 🇬🇧 & was immediately contacted & have arranged for surgery early may! I'm not sure I'd have liked to have handed over money to a clinic who can't be even capable of sending an email..

Well decided on a mini gastric bypass and decided to use Prague beauty after a friend had used them. You can not by anyway fault the service provided by Tom who runs Prague beauty by anyway shape or form. If there was a percentage that exceeded 100% then they would get it. From collection at the airport to waving you off at the airport Tom was there to hand. Would highly recommend Tom and Prague beauty, Faultless !!!!!!!!

I had a Gastric Sleeve procedure in October 2019, this is a very painful procedure, However there is not one thing that could be improved. The hospital room, staff, processes, attention to detail and after care were all fantastic. The surgeon has more than 20 years experience in these procedures and even trains other surgeons to carry them out. I have minimal scaring and already feel back to my normal physical fitness levels (surprising following such a procedure). Although it has only been 11 weeks since surgery, I've lost 3 stone in weight and my perception of myself has shifted from not being able to look at myself in the mirror and hating being trapped in my body, to being able to appreciate my shape and feel good about myself. This feels alien after the self-loathing I've suffered since my teens but it's very welcome, I no longer feel limited and look forward to a future with my husband and children now..
All of the surgical and hospital staff were awesome but Tom who met me at the airport and drove me to pre-op appointment, hospital and then accommodation was beyond awesome, so accommodating, courteous and professional. I (my husband) did a lot of research before committing to Prague Beauty Clinic, although there are some excellent facilities around the world, I truly believe that we made the right choice for my procedure and would unreservedly recommend them to anyone. I've waited to post this review simply because I've tried so many different diets and physical regimes in the past, there's always a honeymoon period, were it seems that everything is going well and that real change is possible, then I hit a plateau and it all went down hill from there. I was concerned that the same would happen again, however I've now lost 3 stone and i'm blasting through weight barriers that previously proved impossible, I have complete faith that i'll be able to lose my target 6 stone and maintain it and that's a really refreshing emotional and psychological state to find myself in.
This is a really scary procedure, I nearly chickened out but I'm so grateful that I persevered as I now feel that i'm living my life, rather than enduring a painful, bitter and humiliating existence.

I had mini gastric bypass in February 2019 via Prague beauty. I was originally born and brought up in Czech republic although I live in England past 15 years.
Everything was organized by coordinator Tom Adamov. I had very good experience with whole stay starting with organisation of the operation throughout to last drop off back to airport.
Mr Adamov is very knowledgeable around bariatric surgery and he was able to support me with choosing right procedure for me. Initially I was going to have VSG, but after information from Mr Adamov and consultation with Dr. Vrany I've decided for mini gastric bypass. I think undergoing this operation was one of the best decisions in my life. I am 10 months after the operation, I've lost 7,5 stones (47kg) I have no hypertension anymore and I am nearly normal BMI.
I would recommend Prague Beauty to anybody, you won't be dissatisfied.

I had my VSG on the 29th October and wanted to share my review to help anyone thinking about using Prague Beauty to have the surgery.

The amazing (as you can tell from all the other reviews!) Tom was waiting at the airport to collect us on the day we flew in. He took us on a little drive around Prague and talked about some of the history which was really nice. We were dropped off at a really lovely hotel and collected in the morning for my pre op.

This took place in a clean, professional and well organised clinic a short drive away from the hotel we had stayed in. From there, we were driven to Jablonec to the hospital where I’d be having the surgery. Tom talked me through the procedure thoroughly, ensuring I had a thorough understanding of what would happen and what to expect when I came round from surgery. All the Drs and nurses that I came into contact with were friendly and professional, and after I’d come round from the op, they ensured I was as comfortable as possible and had everything I needed. The language barrier wasn’t an issue as these people know what you need and are in your room in less than 30 seconds if you press the bell for them.

After a 3 night stay, I was discharged by the surgeon Dr Vrany who was a warm and friendly man, and Tom collected me and took me back to the apartment. The apartment was absolutely perfect. Everything we needed was catered for and more! Tom really has thought of everything to make the stay as pleasant as possible! He certainly went above and beyond for us and I cannot thank him enough, he is great at his job but he goes the extra mile, he is a genuinely kind and thoughtful man.

I can not recommend Prague Beauty enough. You will feel more looked after than you ever have in your life. No regrets and I’m so pleased I had this surgery and that I chose Prague Beauty for it. 13 days later and 18lbs down and fully recovered from the op.

I had Gastric Sleeve on September 24 this year,and now i had minus 15 kg.All the proces was easy,the staff was very profesional,the Hospital very clean,everything was ok.I am very happy with this choice Prague Beauty. I had a mini gastric bypass one week ago. I was extremely anxious about travelling abroad for the procedure however it was the only way I could afford to have the surgery. In the UK the price for a mini gastric bypass was DOUBLE. For "half the price" I definitely did not receive half the standard. The service was smooth, effective and I had no complications or problems.

The whole trip was pre-organised. All I had to do was pay the deposit and Tom sorted everything else for me and who was travelling with me including flights/transfers/insurance etc. I was extremely overwhelmed with the standard of care and how well organised the trip was. Tom is not only an excellent coordinator but an extremely knowledgeable, kind and caring man. He completely looked after me and my friends and family during my stay. He went out of his way to make the trip stress free for my friends/family and in turn me. This is something that money cannot buy.

The hospital itself was clean, thorough and the staff were friendly. In the hospital, I had a private room, en-suite, wifi, TV and very flexible visiting hours. My friends and family were able to visit anytime from 8am-11pm with no complaints from the staff. The day of my surgery however I spent the first day in ICU (routine) so my friends were only able to visit for a short period. Tom arranged this visit and took them to and from the hospital. Dr Vranny contacted Tom after the operation so that friends were informed that the surgery went well. Dr Vranny was a lovely man, he came to see me before my surgery and every day until I was discharged. He was very friendly and made me feel at ease. I felt confident in his very experienced hands.

I was discharged from the hospital 3 days after my operation. Tom collected me and brought me to the apartment for the rest of my trip. The apartment was very modern and stocked with everything I needed for my post op diet including liquids, protein shakes, soups, broth etc. The apartment had a balcony and a beautiful view, wifi and a big TV. My stay was very comfortable and I had everything I needed and more.

So happy that I choose Prague Beauty for my procedure. I am very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend Prague Beauty to anyone considering travelling for weight loss surgery.

I'm 27 years old. I had VSG in January 2019 with beauty in Prague. I am not almost 8 months out and have lost 6 and a half stone. It's still coming off and I still maybe have 2 stone to go to get to my overall goal!Best decision I have ever made. Could not fault a single part of the process with prague beauty. Tom is amazing and the hospital staff and Dr Vranny are amazing. My only advice is bring something to keep you entertained in the apartment as there is not much around si can be boring. Also take your own drinks, protein shakes and soups/ broths the ones in the apartment were really gross! Like I say best decision I have ever made. I still have to be conscious to eat healthy because you can eat whatever but just small amounts so need to make sure your body is getting all the good stuff. I see my UK gp for blood tests and dietician appointments to support my progress and he says imagine your body is poorly, give it the recommended dose of medicine (healthy and correct portion sizes of food). The process isnt easy in the beginning but is totally worth it and isnt a long recovery at all!

Five star service. I telephoned Tom the coordinator and he arranged everything from start to finish.
When I arrived in Prague airport, Tom was waiting for me and drove me to a beautiful apartment. The next day I had my surgery and stayed in the clinic for 2 days. The staff were very kind and my surgeon Dr Pros was excellent.
I am very pleased with me results and the whole experience was smooth, relaxed and anazing.

I cannot recommend Prague Beauty enough. From the minute I decided to trust them, they treated me as if I was their sole focus. Any questions I asked prior to my procedure were answered promptly and there was never any hassle.

I was met at the airport by the lovely Tom who took me to the hotel and picked me up the next morning. My pre op was hassle free and then I was taken to the hospital where I could not fault the staff. My procedure went well and the level of aftercare was second to none. All my concerns were answered and I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering having a procedure done.

I am more then HAPPY about choosing Prague Beauty for my operation . Tom explained me everything in details via e mail and phone he dedicatet so much work and time into it , he really is great and such a gentleman
We arrived the first day in a very beautiful hotel in prague which made us feel verry comfortable the next day we drove 1 hour to jablonec nad nisou where the operaion were performed
But before that i had a chat with the doctor's which are very nice and explained everything again in every small detail and they took ther time for me ..
Everything went well with the surgery
Of course i had a little pain for 3 days but the nurses provided me with pain killers and took good care
After checking me and telling me im stabile to move out of the hospital
I went into a beautiful apartment near the hospital
(Where my mother already spendet all days when i was inside hospital)
Its verry comfy
There is everything that we needed drinks food and health articles
We were always in close contact to Tom and everything was made so easy for us
thanks to him .
I am really thankfull that this operaion trip to a czech republic tuned out to be so smooth for us

I had Gastric Sleeve surgery in January 2019 with Prague Beauty and Dr Vranny, and I couldn’t recommend highly enough. From start to finish the customer service and care has been nothing but exceptional. Tom promptly responded to emails prior to surgery and upon arrival in Prague, could not have been more helpful. He was waiting at the airport for me and kindly carried my bag for me as it had been snowing. Tom drove me through the city and gave me a mini tour of all the historical sites before taking me to my gorgeous apartment, Remember Residence, for the evening. The following morning Tom was there to collect me and take me to have all my pre op tests and then drive me an hour outside of the city to Jablonec Nad Nisou Hospital. I felt quite apprehensive at this point because I was about to have surgery in a foreign country but the hospital staff and Mr Vranny were very professional. The hospital itself looks quite basic but I did have my own room and the staff were very quick to respond if you called for them. I recovered well and due to this I was discharged a day early from the hospital and Tom kindly arranged for me to get into the apartments earlier than expected. There I was able to recuperate for my final 3 days. The day after I was discharged from the hospital I noticed I was having some redness around my belly button and Tom took me back to the hospital to be seen by Mr Vranny to rule out infections. I just had a mild reaction to the adhesive bandages but I was grateful that they would go to such lengths to make sure I was recovering well. The apartment is well stocked with food for after surgery, washing facilities to even Netflix to keep you occupied. I would 100% recommend Prague Beauty and if I ever want to have anything done in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services. Great value for money.

A Fantastic Experience!
I am nearly 2 weeks post op having had a Gastric Sleeve. It is a daunting experience, arriving in another country for an irreversible procedure but the whole process was made much easier by Tom (the coordinator). He picked us up from the airport and took us to our hotel, on the way pointing out some historical sights and filling us in on the history of Prague. Tom also answered all questions thoroughly and I felt reassured about the procedure and Dr Vrany’s experience of carrying out Bariatric Surgery. The procedure itself went very smoothly without any complications. The nursing staff spoke very little English but understood basic words so communication with them was fine. They provided good care and were prompt with answering the buzzer if I needed anything. I stayed in hospital for 3 nights and at the apartment for 2 nights. The apartment was lovely, well equipped, quiet and perfect for recuperation. Tom did a grocery shop with my husband to ensure we had adequate provisions for our stay. On the last day, he took us to the airport and helped us to get checked in. The service provided by Tom was personal and exceptional. I would have no hesitation in recommending Prague Beauty for carrying out any Bariatric procedures.

26 yo female - Mini Gastric Bypass
What a great experience!
I am now 2 week post mini gastric bypass and doing very well. The experience I had with PragueBeauty has been such a positive one. I arrived with my mum and was greeted by Tom, who is such a wonderful man. He was calming, personable and so lovely throughout the whole experience. After we were greeted he helped us with our bags to the car where we had a pleasant drive into Prague, where Tom gave us a history of the city and a little tour of the sites and took us to one of his favourite sites, a sculpture in a large library (a really nice personal thing). We then stayed in a gorgeous hotel suite with a balcony view and health suite. My mum loved it, we had a lovely dinner, she had a few drinks, then we sat in the sauna for a bit before settling down. I was nervous but it was a lovely night. The next day was tests in the morning which all went fine then over to the hospital where I met Dr Vrany, who was so calming and lovely. The operation and immediate waking up wasn’t nice, it was scary (though the staff did all the could to comfort me) and I was in pain (they were also quick with pain meds but there’s no getting away from the immediate not nice bits) and then I was in my hospital room. Normal hospital stay, similar to here in the U.K., but the nurses were lovely and despite the language barrier they made me smile and did all they could for me. I recovered quickly, after a few days I was already feeling more human and being at the apartment really helped. The apartment was also really nice and stocked with all I could need (my mum was also taken shopping so she had all she needed) and we were able to have nice walks and watch TV and just relax. The whole experience was really positive, and the not nice bits that come with any recovery were over quickly. I’m now doing extremely well and am back at work. This company is a great one to deal with and you’ll be in very good hands, I would highly recommend :)

Well I’m 4 days post VSG surgery and I have to say I’m feeling ok so far. Tom at Prague beauty is a great help if your travelling alone as I did. Everything was seamless.
I arrived Monday 15/04/19 and was taken to a wonderful 4 star hotel for the night .
Day off surgery 16/04/19 was taken for all pre op checks then on to the hospital.
Down for the surgery and a few hours later I was waking up. I was in pain but this was very quickly dealt with by the staff.
I spent a few hours in icu before being moved to my room where the staff at the hospital where amazing taking care of all my needs.
I’ve now been out the hospital for a day and moved to the apartment near to the hospital.
I travel back home on the 22/04/19, all the diet information I needed was also given to me by the Doctors.
Im a 45 year old male that’s had weight problems for many years, if your looking for weight loss surgery then I highly recommend the Prague beauty team.

I am one week post op and back in England and feeling amazing.
As mentioned by many people, Tom is a fantastic coordinator who will answer emails so quickly, and plan the trip for you so well.
The package on offer is such great value for money for a life changing event. It includes having your flights booked for you (including seat numbers), transfer to and from Prague airport, 1 night in a lovely apartment in the centre of Prague, travel to the hospital, my wife then taken to the apartment we had for the rest of the week, Tom took my wife shopping at the local supermarket to make sure she had everything she needed, which he paid for. Of course all the surgery, ICU 1 night stay, 2 days in a hospital room to myself (en suite and with excellent WiFi). Once discharged Tom took me to the apartment (so comfortable with everything you need) then transfer back to Prague Airport. The entire trip was so good my wife ended up feeling like she'd had a holiday. As for me the care given throughout my surgery and recovery was exemplary, from the nurse's to the support staff. Dr Vrany spent time explaining the necessities of my post op care so I could achieve the best result from my operation. If you are seriously considering any gastric surgery then these are the best people for the job. The entire Prague Beauty team are simply brilliant, book the operation then sit back and relax in their capable hands.
