We had a situation when a Gas contract didn't go live. Natalie from Pre Action was dealing with the claim and offered a solution to resolve the situation. Being a charity our organization had a process that needed to be followed. Although both parties wanted to resolve the situation in the shortest time possible. Pre Action respected the fact that the process had to be followed which took a couple of months. The finale negotiation with Natalie was handled in a professional and friendly manor with a satisfactory outcome.
I had dealings with Colin Ling for about a week regarding an issue that should never have arouse.
Colin was very understanding and helped deal with this issue quickly, effectively and also patiently as he heard my verdict on the situation.

After speaking to Colin he sorted the problem out very efficiently. Thankyou.

We received a email from Natalie Hutchinson saying we owed a electricity company a couple of thousand pounds because we hadn't gone 'live'. In just 24hrs the claim was revoked thanks to Natalie.

After the shock of receiving a letter of claim from Preaction on behalf of their client, a utility broker for loss of commission as I cancelled a utility contract before the end of its fixed term; my caseworker contacted me by telephone to go through everything and was very reassuring all along that if I could indeed substantiate that I’d done nothing wrong then all would be well. Natalie was my caseworker and I’d like to provide first class feedback as she was completely professional, compassionate and empathetic whilst carrying out her investigations. She was also very prompt and keen to bring the matter to conclusion quickly. She did everything she said she would do and their client withdrew their claim and the case was closed swiftly and I’m grateful for Natalie’s common sense approach and professional attitude throughout.

It was a big shock to receive an email saying I owe £10.500 to a broker that had refused my contact over a year ago due to bad credit rating !!!
But talking to Colin Ling and explaining my reasons and forwounding him emails that I had from Utility-2u ( Broker ) & opus energy.
Utility had to back down and close the case.

I have been dealing with Natalie Hutchinson for a couple of days on a matter that came completely unexpectedly to my attention. Taking the actual issue out of the equation, Natalie has been extremely helpful and very professional at all times. The matter is now resolved and her speed and efficiency are undoubtedly a large contributor to why it has only taken a couple of days.
I needed to assist my employer with a difficult situation regarding energy supply, where she had inadvertently signed a contract with broker but also renewed with her existing supplier. She was unable to deal with the matter herself due to illness. Colin Ling gave empathetic, practical and professional guidance and with his support, we reached an amicable resolution
This was a difficult and unexpected bill from a Broker that we didnt even realise we had done anything wrong. But we had failed to cancel an action with them, without realising that we needed to. Amanda acted on our behalf to help us settle the situation, she was kind, helpful, knowledgable and quickly got down to work bringing our issue to a pallative end. She negotiated a discounted price with the Borker, which we really appreciated. Thank you Amanda for saving the charity some much needed funds.

Can I just say I’ve never experienced a better level of professionalism from a company acting for another Jasmine Wilkinson the way she conducted herself was very commendable and a credit to her employer even though she was acting for her client I had a dispute with I felt she actually cared about my side and I didn’t at all feel vulnerable nor did it feel one sided i felt very relaxed at the outcome for both party’s that were resolved amicably.. down to herself keep up the good work and thank you for going above and beyond to take the stress of it all to a minimum
