We had a phone call from Kay for our business at JD Fabrications Welding Company Limited to discuss the rates at the time we was in contract and said we wasn't interested. Kay was super polite and understanding. I added her on LinkedIn and kept in touch . Once we were ready to have a discussion we contacted her and she saved us several thousand pounds a year on electricity and gas bills. We couldn't be more pleased with the service we have received.

I cannot speak highly enough of our contact at NGP Sheree Somers. Sheree always has her finger on the pulse, is highly trustworthy and responds quickly to the market issues. We are a 132 block of apartments and our needs can be complex, all of which are handled with accuracy and care. We are always provided with current information quickly and efficiently. If you have Sheree as your contact, your are very lucky and both the company and Sheree come recommended.

We are a very small family business, with a few different supplies. Kay at NGP has been fabulous in getting us good rates for our premises, and has got all our supplies aligned to one provider, with one contract end date. It has made my life so much easier, knowing that Kay is there to sort everything out, and she's always so lovely and friendly on the phone, as well as being very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend NGP to other businesses.

In our business the Energy bill is not the most pressing thing we have to deal with but i get it is their world. Perhaps take a more holistic view and be less full on would be my advice.

As a business customer with multiple sites I have been dealing with Yasmin Hoganson at Northern Gas and Power for some time as she is our Key Account Manager there and if I could give more than 5 stars I would. She is incredibly friendly and helpful, any time I have needed to contact her she has replied in a very short space of time either with an answer or to advise what she is doing to resolve the query. If there are any issues which she has picked up before we were aware of them she has contacted me to let me know and nothing has ever been too much trouble. She was such a boon when it came to our transfer of energy to another provider and she made it a really smooth process for us, ironing out any teething troubles and making sure that we had all of the relevant information we needed. All in all I would absolutely recommend this company based on my experiences with Yasmin.
