I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a better ring for my wife. The ring was exactly what I wanted, and the quality is absolutely top-notch.
What really stood out was the customer service and communication. They responded quickly, kept me updated throughout the entire process of making the ring, and were always there when I had a question. At one point, I asked if they could call me, and they called within five minutes! That level of service is hard to find these days.
The pricing was very fair, the craftsmanship and quality exceeded my expectations, and the customer service went above and beyond from start to finish. I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience. If you’re looking for a beautiful, high-quality ring from a company that truly takes care of its customers, I highly recommend them. I would absolutely buy from them again!

Ring was custom made, I got emails of the process of CAD file to manufacturing, received an excellent quality diamond and best value online. Would definitely do business again!

This is the site to go with. I spent hours looking at all the other ring sites and there was not one that was even close to their pricing. The ring was exactly as described. Authentic, and very high quality. I’m very pleased with this site.

We were in contact the whole time and any changes I wanted were granted before the ring was made. The results were nothing short of SPECTACULAR! The diamond sparkles and reflects a tremendous amount of light. The bands are precise & clean. Pictures do not do it justice! My wife was in tears when I presented her upgraded wedding ring on our anniversary!
I also used Klarna to pay - for an extra layer of security & didn’t even have to pay interest.

What can I say. I was super skeptical at first because it was all online. But that’s the world we are in. Precious Carat is legit. Selecting it was easier than I imagined. Shipping took a little longer than expected. My band is not exactly what I was expecting or what was pictured, the image showed a raised basket so that you would be able to wear a band flush against it. Mine is not raised so I needed to buy a spacer to wear with my wedding band. It’s also not stamped Inside. Communication was good, I did have to reach out for updates a few times during the process, but I always received prompt responses. All and all it is a beautiful ring and I am happy with my purchase.

Since you were pairing the ring with a band you already owned, the two pieces may not sit completely flush depending on the shape and height of the existing band. If we had known beforehand that you wanted the engagement ring specifically designed to sit flush with your existing wedding band, we would have been happy to take that into consideration during the design process.

We’ve offered to remake the entire ring for you at no cost, including putting it through our QC process before sending it back to you. We can also arrange the return shipping.

The ring arrived at the time they said it would. The process was very good from start to finish. The emailed CAD drawing of what it would look like and size verification was well done. The box and packaging was beautiful. Very nice experience and price was very reasonable compared to a jewelry shop. Only thing that wasn’t with the ring was the diamond certificate. There was a note saying to email if missing.

Beautiful ring, great customer service.
Very pleased with my experience with Precious Carbon. They communicated through every step. I was even able to choose a different diamond because the one I picked wasn’t the exact shape I was looking for. I revived the ring in about 20 days and it was perfect! I did a lot of searching online and Precious Carbon offers the best affordability for quality engagement rings. Other sights that are in the more affordable range were charging $600-$1000 more for a ring with the same carat size that rated much lower than the diamond I chose. Don’t hesitate to use this company.
