My wife's ring arrived yesterday and we both think its beautiful. The whole process was excellent. I did a fair amount of research and this company was the best value by far. At the beginning of the process I had a question and they phoned me back almost immediately. After placing the order I received the design diagram for approval. After manufacture we were sent a picture and short vid of the finished ring. The stone is obviously certified but when we got the ring it was nice to see the ring itself and the mount was substantial. I have no hesitation in recommending this company
