It when very wrong, we placed a Order # 3945 it was a Gas Stove that we paid with our debit card for $1,179.00
Rigth after they collect our Money thsy send a email that the order was canceled for no stock,
So we requested the refund immediately.
4 working days pass and they still dont send our money back to tour Bank institutions. We send more than 4 emails and they always keep saying that they dint collected the Money that they did a Hold to the amount but we went to our Bank asking to see and the Bank confirmed that they did collect the Money. By tomorrow will be another working day and we hope they send us the Money Back

Asad was great. White glove delivery was not. Plan to call and discuss.

On March 3, 2026 I purchased an Infield Skirt (Field Saver) directly from this company’s website at the price listed and paid in full. I immediately received an order confirmation, so I assumed everything was finalized like any normal online purchase.

Later that same day I was contacted and told they would not honor the price that was listed on their own website. I even called and spoke with a representative (Oli), who confirmed they would not honor the advertised price.

The Email from Oli:
I'm reaching out regarding your recent order #3606 for the FieldSaver Premium Mesh Cover.
I'm very sorry, but we have to cancel this order due to a significant pricing error on our website. Unfortunately, the current sale price is well below our actual cost for this item, and we are unable to fulfill it at that rate.
Your payment has not been captured, and the authorization will be released immediately. We apologize for any frustration or inconvenience this causes.

As a customer, I completed the purchase in good faith based on the price they publicly displayed. I have the order confirmation and payment receipt documenting the transaction.

Refusing to honor a listed price after accepting payment is extremely disappointing and reflects poorly on the company’s business practices and customer service. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and accountability.

Confirmation email was delayed which had me skeptical but we received our Dominator court light with no issues. Delivery was via Saia freight and they were very professional and efficient. I will definitely be ordering again from this company.

I got a new ebike out of the deal.

Company called me and charged me extra for shipping when initially the promotion was free shipping. Misleading marketing. Also, I was told the product would arrive in 2 weeks not 2 months

The sales rep worked with me to use a purchase order from our school district and delivery was timely.

Great price, great quality! Shipping came in three separate shipments however (albeit only a few days difference).

I was able to get somebody on the phone and via email when I had some shipping questions for my very heavy order. They were professional, helpful, and responsive in getting back to me. Item came right in the timeframe they estimated, which is impressive for a holiday season freight order.

Horrible communication from the staff, slow shipping, higher price point compared to the market; they said free shipping, then ended up charging me for shipping later on. it took four months for me to get my piece of equipment.

I was having trouble finding a part for my son's dirt bike, called many places before speaking to Precision. They knew exactly what I needed, had it in stock, and shipped it to me immediately. I wish I would have called them first!
