Fab service and goods.
Fabulous yard boots and service. I originally bought pull on boots but the instep was too shallow so ended up buying a laced pair which were fab. They have now had their day so I bought another pair but somehow ordered the wrong size, return was so easy and quick and new ones now on the way, no fuss or cost to me. All our PE rugs are brilliant too and the horses love them. Thanks Premier Equine for making life easy and coming up with the goods.
22 DAYS and still no solution.
Items ordered next day delivery. Received a delivery notification 1st September, but items were no where to be seen. Emailed sales ... back and forth blaming the courier and 'investigating' now 22 days later and still no solution. Out of pocket, items were sources elsewhere. TERRIBLE SERVICE!
I purchased a set of travel boots
I purchased a set of travel boots. I used them once , they are damaged so they can’t be used with a massive tear on the inside rear . Maybe the horse banged herself while being transported but that the job they are meant to do . They have refused to replace them in spite of photos and the fact I ordered them only 3 weeks ago . Very poor

I accepted their offer and the full order arrived the next day. Thank you PE - love the products and your service continues to be outstanding.
Fabulous Service
Needed a UV Fly Mask for our horse with a poorly eye. I explained this to the young woman I spoke to who couldn't have been more helpful, she was wonderful and told me I would get it before 12 the next day. I got my email from DPD saying it would be delivered between 7am - 12pm. At 12.04 I checked the tracking to see where the delivery driver was to see a note saying that they had tried to deliver it and we were out, after I had sat in all morning by the kitchen window waiting. I called Premier Equine in a bit of state as our poor horse needed the mask. I was not sure if they could do anything as I was aware this was DPD's fault and Laura not only calmed me down, took responsibility to call DPD, she got them to deliver the mask within 2 hours of my call. I now call her Super Laura!
Waterproof fly rug falling apart after 5 days!
Waterproof fly rug, inside lining has come away after less than a weeks use! Contacted customer services to be told they would only deal with whom purchased rug (as it’s a birthday present) and now I’m in limbo. Extremely unhelpful customer service and although the rug is perfect other than all the lining coming away from the inside of rug (yes I said inside) so clearly a fault or design problem then as how would a horse damage the lining and not the exterior?? What a joke, will be adding further review now to social media

Ordered a hunt breastplate to match recently purchased hunter bridle direct from PE. Very happy with product, delivery quick etc.....however just happened to notice 2 independents selling PE ...one was £20 cheaper and another up to £26 with a code!! Ordering direct you would expect a standard price. Disappointing..more the principle than the money .
Saddlepad is not worth the money
Expensive saddlepad and it's really stiff and the edges rubs the ribs really hard. My horse kick with his hindlegs when i try to ride with this pad. And only with this pad. And the wool was already flat when i recieved it. I am so disappointed.
Never again
Never again. Utterly disgusted with this company. I have purchased 3 sets of their travel boots now. I loved them. The last lot I purchased were washed for the first time in cool water, done up and without an agitator - the same way all my others have been washed. Two of the boots disintegrated in the washing machine, two did not. Odd I know but 2 were clearly faulty.
I asked for a replacement. Was told it was my fault, I had washed them incorrectly and they would not replace.
By law they actually should but they don’t abide by the law.
They have lost a customer forever … do not purchase from these people they will not honour replacement and will rip you off.
I don’t appreciate being told I did something I didn’t.
Seriously steer clear. Also - they don’t allow you to post reviews on website and with amount of bad reviews I have seen elsewhere - I can see why!
Hopefully another company will copy the design and style and I can purchase elsewhere because these guys will never get another penny from me!
Sizing wrong and I have to pay to return it by DPD when they are based 2 miles from where I live
Bought a pair of (human) boots. Looked amazing in the pictures and I wanted to treat myself to a pair of nice boots. Im a size 5 (in all boots, trainers, sandles - quite boring but safe to buy online as I know they will fit). Boots advertised as non returnable (which is illeagal when buying on line) but I wasnt too concerned as I knew they would fit.... Go back up to line 3 - all size 5 fits. Well all but PE. I couldnt even get my foot in it. Was like Cinderella and the glass slipper! My daughter is a 4 and could get the boots on with a pair of socks but they were tight and she couldnt zip them over her calf. PE head office is just 2 miles from where I live so I contacted them. I was told non returnable so I sent them a formal letter reminding them of the buying online rules and it appears that I can return them. Great I said, Ill drop them in and Ill take a larger size. No they said there are no larger sizes available so you can return them for a refund - send them back by DPD (cost is £8.95) and then you will be subject to an admin charge so infact the postage on a pair of boots amounted to over £15 because I had to pay £5.95 to get them to me + an admin charge of £25. You cant drop them in as we are an online business they said..... . Awful people to deal with. Appalling customer service and the quality is not all that either. My advice if you want boots is to go to a quality company - buy Mark Todd - cant fault their customer service on anything

I have had to return two of these pads due to the manufacturing issues and the 3rd one is just as bad. I have spoken to customer service and they have said the wonky wool defiantly was an issue but they are not accepting that the seams as shown in the picture is faulty. The pictures on the website do not show the pronouncing seam and do not expect it on the one I brought. After time the wool will flatten and this will rub my mare. PE don't believe this to be the case but I can assure you it will eventually rub. I have seen a well used one and the wool flattens quite a bit and the edge of the pad is very close to the skin. In this instant the seam will be touching the horse. Customer service have been good but instead of rectifying the problem with the seams they have offered a refund but no more swaps. I really love this pad and I am having to take it to a seamstress/tailor to have it corrected.. These pads are £82 and i expect a better finish for that price

Bag is waterproofed and is absolutely massive, could easily fit 2-3 rugs. I’m using it to store saddle pads and boots and they fit with lots of room to spare.

oh my god What a nightmare
oh my god What a nightmare. Don’t go there !!! Not worth the risk. Was promised £6.95 return charge once they are in receipt of the rug liner and have measured to confirm too short. Only for that NOT to happen (shock horror) I chase. Only to hear from Georgina it measured correctly !!!! I kept the 6’3 liner (returning it now on principle) but the 5’3 that was about 4 inches too short. Why the hell would I return this when I kept one of them. Why would one measure 4 inches too short !! Can’t stand these women. Liars the lot of them. I wouldn’t bother if I were you

Speedy delivery - ordered Wednesday 8:00 am and got my boots on Thursday at 11:00! :) Boots were as described and they fit me perfectly!
Sizing wrong have to pay to return
Brought 2 fly rugs, my horse always takes a 6ft6 in all rugs including premier equine, the fly rug arrived and was huge. Now read product reviews I can see other customer with this size experienced same issue. Contacted customer services who said even though the sizing is wrong I have to pay to return it for an exchange at my own expense.
Will now be returning both rugs (the 6ft one fit fine, which makes me more curious as to why the 6’6 is so off in sizing) and purchasing fly rugs elsewhere.
I could understand paying to return an item is unwanted but this product is technically faulty and I actually just wanted to swap to try the smaller size.
