Terrell made the process of signing up very easy and accommodating solid customer service

I decided to undertake a PT course after retiring from the airline industry and chose to use Premier Global NASM. I’m so pleased I did. The whole course was handled very professionally and efficiently by their operatives and though I struggled at times (my issues, not theirs) I was given encouragement and support throughout the process. Full marks. 👍🏼😊

Overall, Premier Global NASM have been absolutely fantastic. The customer service, course content, student support, tutors and everything in general has been a great experience and I cannot recommend them highly enough!!

I was a little afraid of starting studying again because I really disliked studying at the university. Still, I chose to take a leap of faith and dive into Personal Training course!

It was so refreshing. I was able to study at my own pace and from the comfort of my own house. And I realised that I actually really enjoy studying this time round! I done several courses with them. Support is also available by emailing or calling them, but sometimes it may take some time, so be prepared for that, but they will get back to you.

Studying with Premier Global helped me to realise how much I enjoy learning about the human body and that I want to learn more.

I have applied for my level 2 fitness instructor and level 3 pt course and Suhail was my tutor. He was helpful all responded quick to all me emails and reached out for me at the beginning of the course always asking if we need any help or got any questions. He was really fair when marked my assessments and gave me real feedback and explanations on each mark.
The webinars were so helpful,everything was explained in details which left me with no questions to ask.

I have only just signed up to the course and so far everyone was very helpful. The only reason I give 3 stars is that I am right at the beginning of this journey and I have to leave some room for a complete review. I have already completed a course with Premier back in 2008 and it’s been a very enjoyable experience. I hope this will be at least as good as the previous course.

Ross has been helping me obtain a copy of my certificate since I had a job offer but wasn’t able to find my certificate.
I only spoke to him this morning and he’s already been in touch and sent me a copy, and congratulated me on my new role.

Ross went above and beyond helping me . After being let down by around 5 or 6 customer service people all telling me that they cannot do anything for me, Ross contacted my tutor directly and promptly sorted the issue in a couple of hours. He then called me back to inform me the update . Once the issue had been resolved he then called me a third time to update me and check if there’s anything else he can help with and wished me well with my career. Incredible service!! Really appreciate how much he went above and beyond to help me. Very happy with my overall experience with premier .
