I did the online Active IQ PT course levels 2/3 in April 2021 and enjoyed it very much. The tutors were very informative and always there to answer my questions. Jo, who was my main tutor was excellent, she was very patient and of course very knowledgeable. The daily seminars were organised well and the format was good. Lots of material at hand for the course and to use in the future. Some of the information I probably wouldn’t use with a client, but it is good to have that knowledge anyway. Although the structure of the course was well presented, me personally would prefer face to face, human interaction, but of course that was not possible due to the pandemic.

I'd been on the fence about getting into the fitness industry for several years and back and forth with Premier Global for 2 years, I revisited the idea and was contacted shortly after that by Terrell.. we had a wonderful chat on the phone and he took me through the process and explained the structure of the course etc.. which made me feel much more confident and supported so I finally took the plunge and enrolled to do my Level 2 with a view to complete my Level 3 once my finances improve. Terrell was super friendly and helpful and made me incredibly feel at ease. Excited to get started!

This is the 3rd time I am posting this review, as they had my previous reviews taken down! make no mistake about it, this is not a fake review, it is as genuine as they come and this is a shady company with no compassion for others and judging by all the 1 star reviews which claim the exact same thing, I am not the only person who thinks so.
Worst company ever.
All about the sales.
Get people signed up and then hang them to dry!
Everything about Premier Global online teaching is a shambles.
Nothing personal against the tutors but the company as a whole do not care about getting you qualified within the 12 weeks advertised.
Also, this "extensive support" which they promise you is non-existent and majority of the time, it would take them too long to mark the work you submit, which clearly means there is an excess of students and not enough tutors and judging by previous reviews, it looks like a recurring theme for Premier Global.
I lost count of the amount of times I would call the student support team and be left on ringtone for about 20-45 minutes at a time. Sometimes even lose connection and then have to come back into the queue again on hold!
Every time somebody answered it was always the SAME person answering the phone, which led me to believe that they literally only have one person in that office, dealing within hundreds of students calling in at the same time.
So I asked "why does it take so long for you guys to answer the phone" and I was met with the response "I am the only one in the office". So much for extensive support, having to wait 45 minutes just to get the answer to your questions so you can move on with the module and pace through the work.
RED FLAG moment for me should have been in the first two weeks of starting my modules. I called to ask some questions and was met with a very rude receptionist after being on hold for about 20 minutes. My question to her was about why it was so difficult to get through to someone on the phone and why did it take 6 days for someone to respond to my email. Her reply was "Thats just how long it takes". Overall, she was just extremely rude and had an attitude which I could smell through the phone. Her whole vibe was off and wrong towards a paying customer, whom was having their first interaction with somebody on the team. Great start and great example set!
When I addressed my concerns and wrote them an email a few months into my course, about my dissatisfaction with the course and that I am still not a qualified PT after about 5-6 months of doing the course, I asked for a refund, for which they refused.
In fact, I wrote them a very lengthy and descriptive email, pointing out the reasons as to why I am unhappy with the company and I was met with a very generic and dismissive response to my problems after 3 months! It took them 3 months to actually acknowledge I was unhappy and to make matters worse, once they acknowledged it and said they would respond, it took them a further 3 months to respond again!
Nobody cared! They had my money, everything all paid for and that's all they cared about. The only thing offered to me was a discount by taking away my last months payment.
This company is a fraud. It look like they just sign as many people up as possible and then let them either sink or swim.
My mental health was at risk due to this company and I am extremely upset and hurt by Premier Global for how they have dealt with me the whole time and for the rest of my days I will be telling anyone who thinks of signing up with them for a course to STAY AWAY.
UPDATE: Since posting my 1 star review previously, they sent me a "sorry to hear that..." message online to act as if they care. They then got my review taken down and claimed it was NOT GENUINE, had somebody from their customer service team contact me and give me the offer of completing the course but starting from the beginning again due to my 2 year deadline for completion surpassing (even though I have spent about over a year of that time frame, battling them for a refund, going back and forth with letters and emails). I then sent an email to the customer service rep once I had thought about the offer, to say I would consider doing the course again but I would like to be compensated for my time lost. It was met with no compassion whatsoever and "well you should have completed it initially within 12 weeks" "we will offer you to do the course again and waiver the £2,300" AS IF that is doing me some sort of favour! what an absolute joke!
Might I add to this point and this is just one example of many; I sent them an email on the 14th September and it is now 30th Sept whilst I write this, I had to chase them up with a phone call as my email wasn't even looked at, let alone responded too. I was promised a phone call from a Manager, this also never happened. A company full of empty promises.
Please, take these reviews seriously before signing up with them.

I am so happy to have chosen Premier Global NASM to complete my level 3 Diploma in Personal training!!!!!!
The tutors have been extremely helpful and their immense support has been very encouraging at times where I struggled to complete the course. My tutor was Jo and she has been absolutely amazing in helping me with my course and her feedback has always been useful and clear, which has allowed me to learn and improve.

I would give a minus if I could. Absolutely appalling. I have been in the industry for 11 years working for a very reputable company. My partner is doing his course with you. Never have I ever seen such terrible support and customer service. He paid 1.5k for his course and to be honest I have given him far more support than any of the tutors here. Just totally left in the dark. Spoken to in a very unsporting manner, in fact very rude!
He is now at the point of wanting to give up on the course all together due to the above. The course has done nothing but cause severe stress and uncertainty the last 12 months.
He would make a fantastic coach and its such a shame that students are being made to feel this way.
Takes weeks to get anything marked and if referred there is no help or support. Total rip off and not what I am use to with other Level 3 accreditors. Extremely poor

I was contacted by Terrell after filling out an enquiry form. He was patient and explained everything so well that I was happy to sign up. I really enjoyed speaking with him and felt like I had made a new friend and someone who was interested in me as a person and what my plan was. I'm really excited to get started. Let's Go!

Just finished the level 3 PRE AND POST PREGNANCY course . I must admit, I was more than pleasantly surprised by how much fun I had throughout this course.
Not only was the tutor extremely attentive to each student who had logged on for each seminar, she had a very calm nature which helped bring a great vibe to each class online.
I've been in the industry for 5 years now and taken many health and fitness related courses from other providers. This is certainly one of the top I've experienced.
I'd happily and will happily be taking another course with Premier Global NASM in the next months after I've implemented more practise of this course into my current PT career.
Thank you PREMIER. Honestly couldn't rave about you more!

My Tutor was Suhail Faghih who answered any queries I had in usually no more than 48 hours which helped me achieve the best I could for the course.
He wasn’t afraid to give good constructive criticism which I believe helped the online process of learning got a lot smoother for me. Excellent teacher !

Amazing support from both my tutor and the support team at Nasm. You can see the deadlines for each course the webinars you can watch over and over again. I enjoyed every minute of my course. When I couldnt complete some of my work dur to health reasons my course was extended without hesitation. Some of the courses I wish were audio/podcast as I get distracted easily when reading. Carrie from support was Brilliant. Stacey and Peter where my tutors and they are amazing. And ross has the best telephone manner ever. Thank you for all your support and look forward to doing more courses in the future.

Do your research before you handover any money! During my initial phone call I wasn’t advised there was an expiry date or I had to book exams 30 days in advance, many pts I’ve spoke to said they’ve had up to 3 years to complete their courses but I was quite confident I would be completed by September all things going well. I had my laptop and phone stolen a couple months into the course meaning I lost valuable time completing assignments then they abruptly closed the course to me with no warning. The support and communication has been virtually non existentent, they take several weeks to mark assignments then there’s inevitable redos over minor issues delaying even further. There’s no way to contact course tutors except in a comments section to which they never reply. They do not keep their promises and it’s obvious they are just interested in taking your money. I’m not lucky enough to be able to study full time being a single working mum so the 5months time frame is impossible to achieve. I’m quite sure they would be happy to take more money from me to extend the course and would be in contact rapidly. I was excited to begin and qualify and have spent hours more or less every day working on my assignments alone. I’m now bitterly disappointed and very upset I’ve wasted money I did not have spare to throw away. Next stop is watchdog, more people need to be aware of how terrible this company is.
**since this review they have been in touch and offered an extension. Unfortunately due to the time it takes them to mark your work and the inevitable redos plus having to schedule the exams it still means I’d be unable to complete. Absolutely useless. I have written to ofqual, active iq, watchdog and trading standards because something needs to be done to stop premier global ripping anyone else off!

So I joined premier global with all hopes to complete within the 12 weeks but life too hold, it's been a long process for me but in that long process I have been so supported by my tutor Jo throughout. The feedback shared on each assignment as been amazing. I have finally qualified and can not wait to get started on the next course! See you very very soon premier global! I recommend you guys to anyone that asks.

Yesterday I finally completed my personal trainer course, which i started this summer.
Detailed course, webinar and study material really easy to access and useful for preparing the exams, also the tutor who in my case was Craig was really a great support, always available for all my doubts or clarifications, very professional in giving feedback on each assessments, also very good to guiding through various video assessments .
With great pleasure I can say that both Craig and all the Premier Global staff really deserve your enrollment in their courses! You will come out qualified and ready to face this job!

Premier Global have been excellent with their service. I managed to secure a PT role which meant my assignments needed to be marked within a small time frame and Jo was able to do this.
