100% agree with other reviews. DO NOT BUY from them, It’s basically fraud - they are taking the order and ££ and nothings happens with no contact. Going through a fraud claim with my bank now.

They doesn't ship any product, they doesn't respond to the inquiry. The seller is either dead or a scammer. Request a chargeback from your bank immediately!!!
Too late to read the previous review but I also ordered an item (Mr Hobby Polishing Cloth) stated as in stock on April 22nd. Nothing has arrived to date and nothing heard despite multiple attempts to contact. I’ve asked my card provider for a refund plus I also live quite locally so will be dropping by at some point! Absolutely atrocious company. AVOID.
I pre-ordered a David Union D150 Pin Vise from this company in March of 2025. The shop charged me £25.
The website stated 'BACKORDER, stock due April'.
When April came the website was updated to say stock was due May.
I started enquiring on the shop's Facebook page and, whilst I never got a direct response, the website would be updated to 'stock due June', then 'stock due July', and finally 'stock due September'.
I began sending emails and texts, on a weekly basis, to request a refund. I never received a response or refund.
I began posting daily, on the Facebook page, to request a refund and received no response.
I left a negative review on the Facebook page and I noticed that other customers were also saying that they did not receive orders and did not receive responses when contacting the seller.
All reviews were positive until late 2024 when all reviewers complained about the same problem that I had. The Facebook page has now been removed by the seller.
The sales page for the D150 no longer takes preorders, and is marked as SOLD OUT, but the text 'BACKORDER, stock due September' remains.
I still have not received a refund and have bought the product directly from the manufacturer instead.
I have reported this seller to Trading Standards and to the police Report Fraud service.
TLDR: SELLER DOES NOT SEND ITEMS, DOES NOT REFUND, AND DOES NOT RESPOND TO ANY MEANS OF CONTACT.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
