Had a wonderful experience visiting Premium Sound for auditioning different speakers. Stas was incredibly friendly and helpful - explaining the technical differences between different models and their audible characteristics. In the end I ended up upgrading my amplifier, adding a subwoofer and now gearing up for a new speaker system. All items were delivered quickly by DPD and well packaged. I’ll be back for more!

My experience with Premium Sound has always been excellent. I recently purchased the IsoAcoustics Aperta 155 online from them, and the whole online experience was excellent. The website is very well organised, clear, and easy to navigate, and the purchasing process was simple and smooth from start to finish.
This wasn’t my first experience with Premium Sound either. I previously purchased my Lyngdorf from them, and the service was outstanding. Finn was excellent to deal with — professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. To be fair, the entire team at Premium Sound is extremely knowledgeable and clearly knows the audiophile world inside and out.
While the online experience is excellent and very convenient, I personally think visiting the store is even better. You get the opportunity to have a proper discussion with the team, exchange ideas, and benefit from their knowledge and recommendations. Sometimes you might walk in planning to buy one particular product, but after discussing your setup and what you’re looking for, you may realise that another product is actually a better choice for you.
Premium Sound is always the first place I check before buying anything audio or Hi-Fi related, and they remain my number one choice.
Thank you to Finn and the whole team for the excellent service, knowledge, and professionalism. It’s always a pleasure dealing with you, and it definitely won’t be my last purchase!

The speakers I wanted were available at various outlets for the same price and Premium Sound gave me a price match with a retailer who had them at a lower price.

When they were delivered I had a very small issue with them as they were a demo pair but the service I received was extremely professional, courteous, speedy and also generous as they offered me an additional discount for the inconvenience.

I'd highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I had a few questions before buying a product I wanted. These questions were answered promptly. I was happy with responses, so decided to buy (in July, but I got waylaid in giving a review). Product came well packaged. Would I recommend this company, yes.
Product I bought was a Fiio M27 Smart Hi-Fi player, and that will probably be my last, portable music player.

I researched online, found the system I wanted to buy (a Rega UK-made turnable, amp & speakers combo) and this was the nearest retailer to me. I ordered online with no fuss. Two days later it arrived as promised, easy set up, 20 minutes later I was playing a record. Could not really have been any more efficient on the part of the retailer. The Rega system 1 is also just superb.

Ordered headphones by post, quick and efficient delivery. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

Excellent service from start to finish. I wasn’t entirely sure which amplifier to choose, but the team talked me through several options, explaining the sound profile of each. I eventually settled on the Hegel H400, and I couldn’t be happier — it sounds fantastic paired with my PMC twenty.26. The whole sales process was handled brilliantly, with regular updates throughout, and the amplifier arrived quickly and was very well packaged.
