It’s very bad company.i give it a negative rating… because I bought a morphy Richard steam iron in nov.2025… I used but in 3 months it has stop working …. But company give a warranty for 2 years…..I complain to customer service and they send technician to repair it and it start working but worse and after 1weak its surface burn and leaking water and my costly dress burn and again I call customer service they send technician to repair and I said m don’t want to repairing this iron anymore…. I want to replace it and they said they take action but after few days they not replied and again I call them 2 to 3 time they said we take action but not replied ….. I am fed up to call them I regret to buy a iron of this company… and I want to throw the iron in dustbin very very very very bad company 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Jack was very helpful and caring. When I had to go off line he carried on the conversation by email. Overall a very good experience
Bad customer service and misleading advertising
I ordered a kettle as ours had broken from Morphy Richards Ebay online shop - I chose this item mainly because it offered free next day Evri delivery - as I ordered on a Monday I expected delivery on the next day - a Tuesday. When it didn't arrive I contacted the companies CA's who told me in no uncertain terms delivery was not offered next day but in this case it was likely to be the next day so I sat back and waited. No tracking mail came the next day and no delivery and so I contacted them again with a complaint. I was told there was no guarantee for next day delivery implying I was not telling them the truth, but I had kept a screengrab of the item (which actually still says next day delivery free) and I sent it to them. Their reply was to say that further down the listing it estimates 3 or 4 days - who looks further down when it clearly says next day right at the top. Anyway the item now looks like it will possibly be here in 5 days and so I will need to go out and buy another kettle as we cant be without one that long. How do retailers manage to promise one thing and completely say they didn't when it is patently clear they did.

Jack was so so helpful. Replaced my iron for me out of warranty. I was just out by a month but because of my daughter being in and out of hospital. It was the first chance I had to contact them. I bought my iron before this from Morphy Richards too. Had this iron 3 years so I would have happily paid for a new one, but thanks to Jack I didn’t have to. Thanks again

I wrote my experience of trying to register an iron from QVC from Morphy Richards Uk , looking at your previous reviews from your other satisfied customers, it looks likely i was in the wrong about my review i stand by words what i was not happy about having to join the clubs before you have to register and item, i have never had that happening before registering an item with other companies so im sending my apologise to Morphy Richards and your satisfied customers

Replacement Parts not available
I have a Morphy Richard’s sear and stew slow cooker. it is brilliant, however i need a replacement pot as the one I have has bits coming off of it. I have been waiting for over 6 months and it is constantly out of stock, the date for being in stock constantly changes. i did contact customer services in the beginning but they could not give a definite date. They are clearly being made as you can buy a new slow cooker but I dont need that just the pot! When will they be available? Not great for the environment if you can only buy a whole new product!
24th April Well i have had a reply but my problem is not resolved as I still do not know when the replacement parts will be available. I am already doing as company suggests!

I recently had problem with a kettle that I had purchased a few months ago. I emailed customer services at Morphy Richards and received a very prompt reply. The lady dealing with my complaint was very helpful and within a few days resolved the issue for me and ordered me a new kettle. I was very impressed with their customer service.

Had an issue with my Steam Generator…
Had an issue with my Steam Generator Iron whereby it would not stop steaming (The toggle switch stopped working), the item was 2 years into a 3 year warranty, contacted Morphy Richards Support and Jessica was fantastic, she asked me to do some troubleshooting first which unfortunately did not resolve the issue, and asked to send photos and a video of the issue (reasonable request) and after technical support said it could not be repaired, they asked me to tag and photo my old iron and arranged a replacement which arrived within days. Excellent customer warranty service. Thank you.

I needed replacement air fryer crisping…
I needed replacement air fryer crisping tray feet and the ordering process was really simple. DPD however seemed unable to deliver my order to my address and delivered it somewhere else. I contacted Customer help at Morphy Richards and was helped by Jessica. She quickly dispatched a replacement order for me which was delivered correctly. Superb customer service from a great British Company !!

Review of iron - great iron, but blisters finger
Morphy Richards TurboGlide Steam Iron, Ceramic Non stick Soleplate, 150g Boost, 40g Output, 400ml Water Tank, Anti Drip and Scale, Auto Shut-off, 3m Cord, 2800W, Purple, 302000. REVIEW
This is a great iron, but the steam trigger rubs one's ring finger that then irritates and eventually blisters. Persevered with the new iron for couple of weeks but it got too painful, so had to return it. 5 STAR in all other respects - loved that it was larger than my previous iron and therefore reduced ironing time.
Shame about the design flaw.

1-Star Review – Disappointing Product and Unhelpful Response
I purchased a Morphy Richards Traditional Pump Espresso Coffee Machine & Automatic Milk Frother directly from the Morphy Richards website on 18th November 2025, and the experience has been extremely disappointing.
From the start, the machine failed to perform even the basic functions you’d expect from a coffee maker. The drinks are consistently lukewarm rather than hot, the milk frother adjustment is practically useless (only offering all froth, inconsistent slow flow, or cleaning mode), and the drink volume is wildly inconsistent, sometimes dispensing around half of what it should. Even the LED indicators don’t behave as described in the instructions, so you never know when the machine is ready.
I thoroughly cleaned and reassembled everything multiple times with no improvement, and in the end I replaced it with another brand that works exactly as intended.
What made the experience worse was the response to my complaint. Instead of addressing the faults or offering a solution, I received what felt like a generic customer service reply apologising for my disappointment but offering no practical resolution, despite the machine clearly not being fit for purpose.
Overall, a very poor product and a very underwhelming customer service experience.

I bought a large slow cooker model…
I bought a large slow cooker model number: 460012 I have found that inside the slow cooker the actual silver inside which is the heating part is impossible to clean, the stains do not come off the metal bit, I have tried every cleaner and method to no avail, I contacted morphy Richard’s and they gave me cleaning advice which I’d already tried and nothing has worked, clearly you cannot clean the stains off this metal inside so anyone thinking of buying this particular model please don’t waste your money!! The customer care team did not seem bothered even though I’d told them the cleaning advice had already been done and basically said to have a nice day!! Very poor customer service. I have since had a reply to my current review saying that the stains are caused by spillage and over filling it, and to clean the spillage promptly which obviously I had tried as soon as I finished using it and it never came off it’s never been over filled, that metal inside cannot be cleaned I’ve had previous slow cookers from other better brands and never had this problem so I will never buy another morphy Richards one again.

Excellent service
My iron had developed a fault and was still under warranty. Raised a case and Jessica from the team was assigned. Excellent service from Jessica as they agreed to replace my iron after a few email conversations. Patiently waited for the details from my side and resolved the issue.
