Excellent service

I own and run a caravan park and have been using preno for 4 years. None of the updates have ever taken into consideration the needs of customers running caravan parks. I also use myob, but apparently we don't need to send invoices or all the other admin benefits the xoros users have. Initially we were happy work around the difficulties of adapting basically program that is for small accommodation businesses because it is an easy to use booking program as were assured there would be updates that would assist us. We are selling our business so we will struggle along with preno. My main reason for this review is to let caravan park owners to look elsewhere.
I was told that other caravan park owners use preno. Are there any????

The people at Preno are very helpful, I like using the AI chat tool, it seems to have system access and documentation access so provides good support.

Very helpful and fast

The support from Preno has been first rate. Keegan has been a such an asset as we've set up the app, always responsive, full of useful knowledge, and happy to answer every question I've thrown at him. It's been such a relief knowing there's someone there who actually knows their stuff! It's made the whole experience feel easy rather than overwhelming.

Preno staff are very helpful and the product itself is very easy to use and a very good pms.

A great smaller scale PMS provider and channel manager for smaller properties. Staff is helpful and responsive. It's got a simple and easy to learn user interface, but the simplicity leads to a few limitations - thankfully not ones that are very glaring for the smaller properties.

Great software and fantastic support. Preno has been instrumental in our success running a hotel. Love it. 10/10 recommend.

Marie who helped me with my switch from Seekom made the process super easy. Preno is a much fairer priced product.
