This is my first experience enrolling in this program. My experience was exceptional. The advocates were very patient in instructing me thru the entire project. I am very grateful for this program as I can't afford this new medication.

The help that I received in getting a great price for my medicine (Skyrizi) was perfect. Their employees were so nice and helpful and were very well trained with knowledge of the product. They knew how to handle people like me who had little knowledge of how to get my product.

So far has been very simple. Questions are basic. Everyone I've spoken to is easy to understand and takes time to explain things to me.

I wanted to give 5 stars for each category but my system would not let me do that for some reason. This team could not have been more helpful, treated me with respect and assisted me throughout the paper. please do not let the stars go through as the system put them

Prescription lifeline canceled my medication in september for the next year. Then, they continued to charge me in january after they had canceled me. I called to ask for a refund, and they would not give it.

Customer Representatives explained everything to me so I could understand, great people and prices.
