I did not receive my packet with papers for refilling my prescription which I needed very soon. I spoke with a representative with Prescription Lifeline and informed him of the situation. In a short amount of time, he was able to navigate through many channels and arrange for me to get my medicine on time. I am more than satisfied - and pleased! - at the seamless way he handled this. When I deal with other online entities and callers, it is the norm, for me, to be put "on hold" for long lengths of time; to be given incorrect information; to be disconnected, etc. I wish other companies worked as well as Prescription Lifeline and this particular representative! Thank you!

Thanks to the wonderful and patient woman who helped me through the extensive registration, I was relieved to know I would be receiving my prescription on a timely and affordable schedule.

The help I got with filling out forms, informing me of why the forms are important. I did not like the price increase to $99 a month up $20. I used to fill out the forms myself and saved $99 a month. I may have to do this in the future if I. Cannot afford it.
