Just completed on our flat in Bembridge and the team there were great in particular Hannah who kept us informed at every stage.

Buying a waterfront property on the Isle of Wight was a long road, and there were moments when it felt like it might not come together. Duncan Willard stayed with us every step of the way, working hard to get the best possible result for his client and never letting up when things got difficult. What made the real difference, though, was how much he gave beyond the deal itself: advice on comparable properties, local suppliers, and everything we needed to understand to make the purchase work in practice. He didn't have to do any of that. He just did. Genuinely one of those rare agents who leaves you feeling looked after rather than just sold to. Couldn't recommend him more highly.

So pleased was I with the communication and service of Philip Weeks at Spence Willard, that I feel the need to leave a review stating just how good he is, and by proxy Spence Willard have been. These were not even our own agent, but the agent at the top of the chain in our buying experience.
