Visited Prestige Cars Kent today to look and have a Test Drive in a couple of Cars they had on their Premises.
I was looked after by Jess, who was really Helpful, Knowledgeable and extremely Professional.
Despite being completely out of My comfort zone i felt heard and in Control, so much so I brought one of their Cars part exchanging My old one.

I recently purchased my new car and had the pleasure of dealing with James K, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process.

From the very beginning, James K was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel straightforward and enjoyable. He listened to what I was looking for, answered all of my questions patiently, and never made me feel pressured or rushed into making a decision.

James K went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and kept me informed every step of the way. His attention to detail and genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service really stood out.

Extremely disappointing and stressful experience.

I went to view a car, agreed to buy it and was given a £19,000 part-exchange value for mine, which had been fully serviced the week before. They saw all the paperwork.

I transferred £16,429, paid £352 road tax and insured the new car. After a considerable wait, I was sitting next to the freshly valeted car expecting to drive it away when I was suddenly told they had found alleged fault codes on my part-exchange and wanted to reduce the agreed value by around £4,000.

I refused to accept such a significant last-minute change and walked away from the purchase.

What made matters worse was the salesman’s attitude. He had been extremely friendly while taking my money, but once the deal fell apart I was accused of being dishonest about my car. I found that insulting and completely unacceptable.

They still had more than £16,000 of my money and told me it would be refunded by Tuesday. It wasn’t. I am also still waiting for the £352 road tax refund, which can apparently take up to six weeks.

If there was an issue significant enough to reduce my car’s value by £4,000, it should have been dealt with before taking my money and allowing me to tax and insure the new car.

A deeply unpleasant experience. I would not use Prestige Cars Kent again.

Bought a Porsche Taycan - flew from Edinburgh on the 21st August. The date was suggested in order to clean the car and sort out any defects and paint chips. Arrived early and saw the car covered in filth being charged.
As I saw the salesperson (very pleasant) I explained to him that the car was in a filthy state - but he reassured me that it would be cleaned up.
Half an hour later, I went and the car was washed but had multiple chips on the bonnet and the carbon fibre alloys.
Essentially, the garage had lied about the chips getting repaired. I accepted the car in the condition it was in as I had flown down and it was not a major issue for me to have this sorted out in Scotland.
Then came the selling of a warranty. I bought one for 3 years at a cost of well over £2000. It was quite a comprehensive warranty which included cover for MOT costs and repairs. When I came home, the small print mentioned the MOT and the cover was only available at the garage in Kent! When I complained about this, I was told I can get my MOT paid for if I sent the receipts but I could not cancel the Warranty - despite the denial of a 14 day 'cooling off' period.
The nightmare did not stop there. They forgot to give me the service book and the cars operating instructions. When I phoned the garage, I was politely told that I have to download the operating instructions online as the car does not come with a physical instruction book - another lie.
A few weeks later, I was sent the service book and lo and behold there was an instruction book with it. The car documentation and the service book arrived on the 22nd Sept

I went to this company because of its reputation and the reviews it has which are mainly positive. However, this company has made a mockery of the whole transaction - finally the girl who decided to conduct the final transaction was completely thick and had some sort of anger issues. But thats a different story.

Take home message, great car - I've had the defects sorted but a garage whose reputation is based on a great customer experience was extremely poor.
Finally, if you do buy the warranty - don't expect your call about the warranty to be answered very quickly - I was on the line for over 45 mins to get through. When I phoned the sales team, the call got answered within 5 seconds - be warned and do your research please

Went into Prestige on my way past as I had a couple cars that I wanted to test drive. Sam P took me through everything and I had a great experience. Didn’t buy on the day but I’ll definitely be back once I’m ready

I sold my Porsche Cayenne S to Nick and Matt at Prestige Cars Kent. Both were really friendly, honest and straightforward to deal with. The whole transaction went smoothly with no problems at all. Very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend them.
