Overall Excellent
The showroom is very impressive, the staff helpfulness and friendliness is excellent.
Everything was discussed in every detail which was great as we not had these worktops before. We found the information provided was clear and very helpful.
They communicated at every stage on email, wattsapp and text. The communication was excellent.
Installation of the workshops went well, there was a slight error on a splashback but this was sorted the next day, again communicated everything.
Some people may of knocked the rating for the error but as they dealt with it urgently it wasn’t really an issue to us and as we are all human we all make mistakes it’s how you deal with mistakes which makes the difference and these guys dealt with the mistake perfectly.
Following the final installation the whole lot was sealed and scrubbed down. The guys fitting were respectful and cleaned everywhere and explained how to clean and maintain the surface.
Overall very easy and excellent company to deal with.

Excellent service at all stages from start to finish
Excellent communication from submission of initial plans to clear pricing around any amendments. Provided samples which was great to see against fitted kitchen prior to making final choice. Templating scheduled without issue and installation conducted in short space of time. Installation completed by Craig and Elliot who both did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend on the basis of their fantastic showroom, customer service, contact and their adherence to the timescales they stated during the entire process - many thanks

First Class from start to finish
What a first class service and experience Prestige Granite and Marble offer. Their showroom is excellent having many of the worktops in proper kitchen displays which helps rather than just looking at sheets and samples. Their showroom technician who came out to measure everything was professional and good explaining all the nuances of the worktop and the installation team of Dave and Marco were spot on, never stopping work and left everything clean and polished. Worth mentioning that their mantra of a 3 day turnaround from measure to fit was spot on and really efficient.
All our dealings with the office were great too, Lucy and Natasha were more than helpful in trying to accommodate our situation which was challenging due to a late delivery of the kitchen units. It was worth us travelling 40 minutes a couple of times to see the chosen worktop and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Thankyou to all.

Amazing experience from start to finish
We have just had our worktops fitted by prestige and couldn’t be happier - would recommend to anyone. From start to finish the process has been so easy and prestige have been so helpful. From answering questions and helping us in the showroom, to rearranging our appointments due to building issues, to then fitting, they have made it stress free for us. We went for lunara, with full upstands, windowsill and profiled edging on the island and it looks perfect.
