I ordered an item from this company on June 30, 2025 and haven't got my item or money back.
I ordered an item from this company on June 30th, 2025, and have not received my item. I have made orders in the past before with no problem, but this time I have had the most awful experience. On their site, they state that the package should be shipped 2-3 days after payment, so I waited patiently for them to send it. I received the confirmation and tracking number at I thought all was good. Until 1 week goes by and the USPS tracking site says that they are waiting for the shipment, which means they only made the tracking label and they have not even shipped my item. So I emailed them about this issue very professionally on July 10th (10 days mind you after my item should have been shipped), and I got this very short response on July 11th: "Hi it should be shipping today , tracking should update by the end of the day today "
So I waited 24hours and nothing. So I emailed again July 12th and got no reply. Then I followed up on the 15th and still no reply by email. At this point as you can guess, I've become beyond frustrated. So no I try to call. They have separated the numbers to their on-site stores and their online orders. I tried contacting them through the proper number for days and kept getting an automated recording and no one picks up. So in the end, I wind up calling the store and someone advises me to reach out to them via their WhatsApp, and that's what I do.
I messaged them kindly again on the 18th of July, reminding them who I was and what my concern is regarding my package. I got an automated response at first with them telling me their business hours. So once their business hours came up I messaged again on the 19th and got another short reply on the 19th: "Hi we are looking into your order"
I then supply them with screenshots of whats on my end and got no reply, however Whatsapp does let you know when the messages have been read. And still I wait, and nothing changes. So I message again on the 22nd and the 24th of July. At this point all I want is my money back and they refuse to respond. I even stopped getting advertisement emails to my main email which is very alarming to me. Like I've been blocked or removed somehow. I'm going through the process of trying to get my money back now and it's very frustrating. I have an open dispute going on now through Paypal and am awaiting my funds. What frustrates me most is that Paypal has to contact the seller and await a response. 1 day before the deadline for them to respond, someone on their end submits the tracking information to PayPal, so it seems like they have taken some action towards delivering my item, but that same packing label has been made for over a month, and nothing else. If they have the time to submit information to PayPal's claim, then they also have the time to either MAIL my ITEM or GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. I would be less upset if I had proper professional communication. If there was accountability taken on their end. This has been one of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had to deal with. The company has gone so downhill from how it was and that is very sad.
