I just found out the store is closing and I think it’s sad that you can’t order from the store for online stuff to be delivered to the store. Awesome deals and if people say, they’re size discrepancies then keep the store open. Lots of people like to try stuff on to see how it fits. I bought a lot of stuff from this store and I think it’s great for kids and parents. Not everyone wants to shop online all the time. Making online prices the same as in store will help and also allowing people to return items to the store instead of shipping them themselves.

West49 is awful. I have been buying from them for over 10 years. Most of my wardrobe is from this store, but I will NEVER purchase from there ever again. There are major inconsistencies with sizing, sometimes and XL fits like an L and then next time I'm swimming in the XL. I have had to return many items which costs me to ship, and 99% of the time I end up frustrated. I have reached out multiple times with my concerns, and they could care less. AVOID THIS BUSINESS - THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Just had an awful experience at West 49 today at Upper Canada Mall—store manager Benjamin was rude and dismissive when I asked for help with an exchange. Don’t forget, the customers buying from West49 are paying your managers’ salaries! Do better for your customers.

I ordered a hoodie that was too small for me, and I had to return it. The customer service was amazing! The clerk showed me where all the different sizes were for the type of hoodie I wanted, and when we brought it back to the front desk everything was all sorted out. The staff was very friendly, then I got my new hoodie it fit perfect, and it was super comfortable. It wasn't difficult because of their amazing customer service.

West 49 has excellent sale pricing and Zoo York products. Their jean fit and pricing can’t be beat. Excellent sale prices on very comfortable and cool shoes too. Their stores are great and I’ve discovered during COVID that their online service is excellent too. Probably 6 orders with great deals and zero issues. I 100% recommend. We’ve worn well priced and stylin Zoo York masks throughout this gong show. :-)
