This review isn't even worth one star. I ordered a tracksuit last March and followed up on this numerous times. I was promised that it would be resent and was given all types of excuses about pre-orders, courier companies being busy and to refer to their terms and conditions. Still no tracksuit 9 months on. My only resort last week was to collate all information and and instigate a chargeback from my bank. I'm delighted to say I received a refund for the full amount today.
I honestly don't know how this company is still in business. Broken promises and lies.

Worst excuse of a company ever avoid at all costs. Paid for a tracksuit in november 2022...after numerous emails txts instragram messages with god knows how many ppl claiming to work for this company i finally got a email in july saying tracksuit was reshipped...here again now a year later NO tracksuit NO refund and NO replys...AVOID

Horrible customer service have been waiting since March for a refund and every email is responded to with “we’re looking into it”. Impossible to get a hold of in any timely manner. Don’t order from them

My 15yr old ordered a €50 tracksuit from them, the package arrived squished into a small pink bag, it was so tight the package burst opened and damaged when it arrived. I gave it back to postman who retuned to sender. Got it touch with this crowd, chat is the only method of communication available on their website. They told me then to take it up with A Post it was their problem, they sent out the tracksuit. Looking at my receipt they claim to have insurance for delivery. This ‘ business’ is run by a clueless and highly unprofessional person, who sounds like a young teenager herself. Clearly not a clue on Consumer Rights and Responsibility. They have refused to give me my money back, I have logged a claim with the small courts about them.
They do not have a Company Registration Number or VAT number, I have passed their information on to Revenue for further investigation.
I only wish I read the reviews on here before we brought.
Stay well clear from them, they take your money and have absolutely NO customer service skills.

My 16 year old daughter ordered & PAID! For goods that she did NOT receive, she was informed the product was out of stock & was given discount code that is invalid,
The company WILL NOT respond to emails or chats… I will be TAKING Legal action against THIS SCAM Company…..

My daughter ordered a tracksuit that was showing in stock. She emailed when it was past the delivery date and was told that it was pre-order only, multiple follow ups regarding a refund for months and absolutely no sign of the tracksuit or the refund. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered my daughter an outfit on the 10th of September for our holiday on the 16th as it was listed as ‘in stock’. I received a confirmation of order email, but no dispatch email followed. Sent 3 emails and opened a chat asking for an update, and eventually a refund, and no response until today! Opened a dispute request with my bank on the 21st and received my money back immediately!
Just received a phone call today from what I can only describe as the most obnoxious, rude woman I’ve ever dealt with, asking me why I opened a dispute?! Tried explaining I hadn’t received any response since my order, and she just shouts and talks over you!! Actually asked me for ‘proof’ that I emailed them, and told me I’ll be paying the money back as she’s disputing the charge back as I’ve asked for a refund in my chat… good luck with that one when you’ve just confirmed ‘it hasn’t even been sent as it WASN’T IN STOCK!!’ 😂
Then when I said your customer service is shocking if this is how you speak to people, she says I’m not customer service and it’s not my company I work on behalf of them… okay then.

Terrible service. Ordered a tracksuit in April and it was stated on the website that it is a pre-order and would take 6-20 days and I would be notified of further delays. It’s now September and no tracksuit and I never got any update I had to email every time for an update being told it’s in customs. I requested a refund in august and still don’t have it. Brutal service and should be avoided.you’d be faster to order it off Ali express yourself

Absolutely terrible company to deal with. Ordered a tracksuit in May. Hadn’t received it by the end of June and requested a refund multiple times. Was eventually told after another month that a refund had been processed, however this wasn’t the case. Not only did I not receive my order but now I can’t get a refund. This company is dishonest. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a fur coat a month ago and still no sign of it,i emailed them and asked about it and got a reply saying they would update me as soon as possible.no update about it.beyond a joke at this point

No wonder 65% of the reviews on this company are 1 star reviews! 3 months waiting on a juicy couture tracksuit!payed €86.00 and no sign of delivery, or any sort of communication. I’ve now tried twice to request a refund and once again no response! Avoid this company at all costs! It’s very unfortunate that this company deal with their clientele in such a unprofessional manner! Disabling comments on Instagram, communicating with automated responses, completely ignoring emails, DMs etc. their customer service email is a fake junk email that will never respond to you and their “online chat” gives automated responses and false information eg. Your refund will take up to 30 days to be processed. This is all lies you will never receive a refund and you will never receive your package. The owner of the brand claims to be a teen Irish influencer starting up her own clothing business for teen girls her age, when she has a company that will completely take advantage of you and your money!

We’ve been chasing them 7-months for a refund. If you order anything from them you may as well assume you’re going to be robbed.

I’ve read some of the negative reviews and this and clicked into each persons profile…. To my surprise, every person who left a bad review on this also left bad reviews on about 20 other companies. Shame to see people be so negative nowadays! I’ve ordered from pretty in pink since they started and haven’t had one complaint. Lighten up people

Ordered a jacket and paid for it on my daughters behalf last October and it never arrived. Have emailed and contacted them several times for a refund. They asked for bank details couple of months back still no refund. Are threatening them now with small claims court. They are complete scammers cannot be trusted

Absolute fraudsters!!! Do not deal with them. Placed an order in March. Absolute no response to my emails or any updates received. No response to any queries! Still waiting on my refund!!!

Ordered my tracksuit and two dresses had to return one of my dresses as it was too small they were totally understanding and had a new one posted out to me in three days. Will definitely order from them again x
