Avoid. They will take your money and not deliver or refund.
This is not an Irish company, I don't believe they're Euro either. Complete con.

Ordered an item for my daughter which got delayed, I was offered a refund and accepted. Refunded within a few days. No issues here.

My sister had bought a dress she wanted to wear for her birthday on this website that claims to deliver within 3-5 business days. Over a month later and nothing! She left endless emails to this company with no response and had to buy another dress from a different website.

It was only when I got involved and threatened them with legal action is when they started to take this seriously and over a week they had finally sent her money back.

Absolutely ridiculous. Can not believe they are still selling.

I ordered and paid for a tracksuit through Instagram and Revolut before Christmas. I'm still awaiting delivery 2 months later and have requested a refund. They've taken down the comments section on posts and stories. Will not reply to any messages. Might reply with bare minimum saying we have passed your query on. But to who I have no idea. They've set up a new website, still taking orders and money but won't reply to people who have paid already. There are so many people they have conned out there. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Similar experiences to the other review. 6 weeks on awaiting delivery. Automated response system. Advertising 7 day delivery and no sign of them coming. DO NOT USE this site, take ur money and won’t deliver.

This business is a con and the owner a thief. I ordered a tracksuit in November with guaranteed delivery pre Christmas, even got an order number. Never received the order or an answer to all her advertised points of contact. We are not the only ones, lots of young girls in my daughters school have experienced the same. She has taken down her comments section on the Instagram account and has not answered her ‘live chat’ or emails. I have sent her copies of my payment, order number….. no response. She states she is a young girl starting a business but she is just a common thief, taking customers money and refusing to answer emails or provide customer service. Don’t send her your money, you won’t get your order. We are not the only ones

Absolutely the worst business I have ever dealt with . I ordered in November 2022 promised it would arrive before Christmas, still waiting 1st February 2023 . Keep away !!! She has taken down comments section on her Instagram business because everyone asking when their stuff will arrive , she set up a new website which has an email address for returns / refunds but you will only receive automated replies.

Awful service - ordered in November and still no delivery via Instagram. No communication via owner - no refund!! Now they just opened a website. OMG, DO NOT TRUST THIS PERSON OR WEBSITE!!!!
