Bought a bra that started pilling quite quickly only a few days after purchase; this didn't affect the fit of the bra but it didn't look very pretty. I posted a review on the website about this matter and got an instant reply from customer service seeking to put the matter to rights. The problem was quickly solved; a few days later another bra came in the post of the same size, design, and color. I was not required to pay anything extra for this bra; it fits just as well as the first and the pilling is not an issue. I am impressed with the customer service, the speed of replies and the work put into giving the best service possible. One very happy customer.

Was sent the wrong colour of tights but asked to pay to return them.

Will never use again and suggest anyone else avoids them as their customer service is appalling.

I bought 5 packs of nude coloured knee highs recently because the colour was good and they were 8 denier - perfect for warm days.

When I tried a pair on the collar part which is meant to sit below the knee was so tight it marked my legs
and was very uncomfortable. I have thin legs and have never encountered such a vice like grip before.

When I complained I was told to return the packs for refund but not the ones I had tried on. Refunds could only be given for unworn items. Or faulty items. But how would I know they were so unpleasant to wear unless I tried them on? In my opinion they were unfit for wear and thus faulty.

The customer service was non existent despite a number of e mails being exchanged. The knee highs cost £6 a pair and the ones I could not return are completely useless to me.

I would not recommend Pretty Polly for the dismissive attitude to customers.
