Finger weg von diesem Anbieter!

Kauft dort auf keinen Fall etwas. Ich versuche seit über einer Woche, den Support zu erreichen, bekomme jedoch entweder gar keine Antwort oder keinerlei brauchbare Unterstützung. Mein Problem besteht weiterhin, und ich fühle mich als Kunde völlig im Stich gelassen.

Wer Ärger, Zeitverlust und möglichen finanziellen Schaden vermeiden möchte, sollte sich unbedingt für einen anderen Anbieter entscheiden. Ich kann von diesem Unternehmen nur dringend abraten!

THEY NEVER REPLY ON TICKETS, NEVER IN THIS LIFE!!! I CAN TEXT 1 MILLION MESSAGES AND NOTHING.. IS UNREAL!! I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH MY RDP AND NOBODY CAN HELP ME!!!! SHAME ON YOU!!! SEND THE MONEY BACK TO ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do NOT trust PreVPS with your data or your business. They are completely unprofessional, reckless, and show zero regard for their customers.

This is the SECOND TIME they have completely wiped and deleted my entire VPS because of a payment delay of ONLY THREE DAYS. No proper warnings, no reasonable grace period, no second chance—just instant, permanent destruction of more than two years of hard work, critical projects, files, and personal data over a few euros.

What makes it even worse is their insulting customer support. After destroying years of my work, their brilliant advice was to "add funds to avoid future disruptions." Absolutely delusional.

No grace period: 72 hours late and your server is wiped clean.

No reliable warnings: They burn down your infrastructure without making sure you received a clear alert.

Zero loyalty: I advocated for this company, recommended them to my entire community, and defended them through their price hikes. This is how they treat loyal advocates.

If you value your data, your time, or your sanity, STAY AWAY FROM PREVPS. They will destroy your business over a few cents without blinking an eye.

I am cancelling my account, demanding full GDPR data deletion, and I will make sure my entire network knows never to use this terrible host.

Good, they have GPU servers that can run Android emulators and my AI tools! I have used over 4 months and they are no.1.

The VPS I paid for is no longer working and the support is not answering any tickets.

They do not say this on the order page, but it "will take 4-48 hours to set up" a VPS!
I ordered a 2x 2Tb HDD vps, one of the HDDs disappeared from my machine after about a 5 days of work. First, support tried a windows reinstall to fix it, did not help, but i lost all my data so i had to redownload it again. Then they told me they "forwarded this case to the relevant department", and the next day my vps was stuck in a "resque mode", so i was not able to use it.
I requested a refund to my BTC address and it was promptly sent, so this is the one thing i can say was good.

BWT, the version of windows (19XX, don't remeber the exact one) they use for vps installs is outaded and you have to waste your time to update it yourself

they are pioneers in servers with android emulator support, I am using their service and completely satisfied!

After their last reminder that they would suspend services (if I didn't pay), they just charged the money from the card for the next month. When I asked for a refund, they told me that, alas, we could not do anything, the money had already been withdrawn. They don't care at all just to withdraw money, this is a real fraud. They write one thing and do another.

the support respond after 5 days when there is a problem.
believe me they are scammer , and never pay them with crypto currency. Because you will never get your money back.

They offer virtual server ( VPS ) can install Bluestack, Nox Player... a useful service for android programmer like me. Thank you!

Great experience, finally i can run noxplayer on my VPS, they are master of providing optimized server for android emulator.

Fast Speed, i'm using A Windows server to run Noxplayer, all is good. keep your good work :)

Stable Servers but slightly slow Support. All in One a good Company. Mid Price Range. Would buy again!

scammy oversold vps
vps are not reachable for days, with customer support not replying or simply denying there is a problem.
DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!

Billed me after I cancelled and wouldn't reply for a weeks at a time. When they did they offered me a "credit" and then refused to respond to any further communications. The next month they billed me again. I ultimately had to resolve this through my bank. Avoid at all costs.

They cancel pending orders after payment because the "service is full". You can choose between waiting until the offer is available again or take a more expensive server. Stay away, you will never get a server or your money back!

Prevps are outright scammers, they keep requesting multiple payments with the excuse that previous payments were rejected or reversed. I lost my money paying for a hosting plan three times, after two days, my account was deleted. I do not recommend them and I want my money back!
