I agree with previous review. I looked into a product and wanted to see what the final cost would be, but elastic the order had already gone through without showing me the final amount. I imminiately called them but was told that they could not reverse the order, but could return it if I did not like it. I had no intention of using it so I called as soon as it arrived. They offered a 50% refund and I could keep the item. I ended up settling for 70% but still had to pay the postage and handling fee.
Then a month later a charge appeared again from them, this time for a subscription I had never agreed to. It finally was refunded but only after a few back and forth.
If their products are as lousy as their business practices I advice stay away from them

I ordered a health product on PrimeCell. It was a difficult process checking out. They kept trying to add unwanted items to my order. Finally, the order went through. I received the item that I ordered. It doesn’t appear to have done what it claimed it would do. But that’s not the worst of it. PrimeCell had added a no cost item to my invoice for “Prime Health Rewards”. I never added this item to my cart. And there was no description of what it was for. I assumed it was for some sort of health rewards discount. Instead I found out it was for a recurring monthly charge of $39.99 when I received this charge on 15 July 2026 from PayPal. I contacted PrimeCell to get the charge reversed. Instead they tried to get me to accept a lesser monthly charge of $7 per month, which they assured me would give me half off the price of future purposes. But they didn’t reverse the $39.99 charge. PayPal also refused to refund me for the unwanted charge despite their supposed protection against improper charges. PrimeCell is shown as a known online scammer. So avoid doing business with this company unless you want to be taken to the cleaners. I’ve learned my lesson to stay away from such companies and only use known vendors or at least vendors with a good online reputation.
