Everything was simple and efficient from the start to the finish. The staff were friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable and there was no hidden costs, also the finance was explained clearly and I was given good advice. I would recommend.

Great experience with Prime Time Boilers.
Very pleased with the complete service provided by Prime Time Boilers with the supply & installation of our new boiler. Regular contact all the way from ordering to installation to ensure we were satisfied with the progress of our order.
The initial visit by their surveyor Ralph Garnish was very encouraging and gave us confidence we were dealing with a professional company, the price proved to be very competitive as well which surprised us.
The installation by their Engineer Callum was again very satisfactory and carried out with the minimum of inconvenience. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

The service engineer arrived on time
The service engineer arrived on time. He was very helpful and checked all necessary things. This included some things that haven’t been checked in the past as far as I know. Checking the gas meter for instance.
He was very polite and friendly.
I would certainly recommend this company for its service.
However, I did find trying to contact them a little difficult.

Excellent Service from Start to Finish
Prime Time Boilers installed three air conditioning units in our home this summer, and we have been really impressed with the whole experience.
The installation team were exceptionally knowledgeable, professional and friendly. When they arrived, they identified that the original design needed to be adjusted slightly because of the practicalities of our house. They explained everything clearly and adapted the installation without any fuss.
The installation itself was completed quickly and to a very high standard. Both the engineers and electricians were polite, respectful of our home and left everything incredibly tidy at the end of each day.
The head office team also deserves a mention. They were always quick to respond to any questions, dealt with queries efficiently and made the whole process feel smooth and well organised. They took care of all the paperwork, including registering the manufacturers' warranties, explaining the servicing options and following up after the installation, which gave us real confidence that they stand behind their work.
Overall, we're delighted with the finished installation and the service we received. From the initial enquiry through to installation and aftercare, the whole experience has been professional, efficient and customer-focused. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Prime Time Boilers to anyone considering air conditioning.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Initial consultation was by video call and was quick and efficient. They were very good at providing boiler options and sending over a breakdown quote for each. Kerrie was brilliant and went above and beyond to find an engineer to come the next day and also price match Worcester. Installation was done quickly and with no mess and all the old equipment neatly stacked and taken away the next day. 100% would recommend and use again!

Fantastic workmanship
Initially I was sceptical about the price for the fitting of the combi boiler, but then understood what a big job it was to replace my very old boiler.
Customer service was great, but the plumber/engineer Steve was fantastic! Such a lovely guy, great workmanship and worked full out for two days. His apprentice, Jack was so sweet and hardworking. He was polite and respectful, worked really hard for Steve.
Steve went above and beyond to ensure the work was completed to a high standard, and they made sure every detail was checked, cleaned and satisfactory for me. I would definitely recommend Prime Boilers, and you would be very lucky if Steve and Jack were on the job!

Simply chilling
We had two units installed all the information was provided clearly before installation. Sam was really helpful through the survey and looking at the different options for our scenario. On installation day everything went as planned the electrician arrive first followed by the F gas engineer the electrician was done in a couple of hours and the F gas engineer was here for two days. He was polite and tidy and although there were a couple of final bits needed resolving afterwards. Customer care was perfect. Would highly recommend this company.

Excellent Boiler Service
It was time for our annual boiler service, included in our service plan. An appointment was made by phone, at a convenient time & confirmation was sent. On the day of the service we received a message from Mark with an estimated time of his arrival. The service was carried out efficiently by Mark, he left no mess & was very pleasant and friendly. Prime Time Boilers are a great company to deal with.

Daryl from Prime Time Boilers visited yesterday to carry out my annual boiler service. He was punctual, polite, and friendly, performing the service to an exceptionally high standard. The testing was thorough, and Daryl was more than happy to chat and answer my questions about the heating system and the work he was doing.
