Reviews are awful but I can only comment on my personal experience which was great, ordered last year & came back for a second item . order was checked to ensure correct before I paid , artwork proof sent , I approved , arrived exactly as requested for a good price in good time not sure if I was lucky or a simple job but all good.

Ordered what we thought would be a simple print job, both products incorrectly printed, incorrect product supplied, and arrived late.
If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
No responsibility taken, no refund arranged.

Ordered an A1 pavement stand in Dec 2025 (fine). Ordered a replacement A1 poster a month later — it arrived creased, too dark, and too narrow to fit the frame. Measured the original “A1” banner and it’s 1–2cm off, meaning I had to fold the new poster just to fit it. Despite clear photos, they denied responsibility and told me to iron it, and we're a charity, unreal. Won’t be using them again.

Absolutely awful.
This company operates under several different names, all owned and run by the same group of people who use generic names like "Tom" or "Andrew".
The company address listed on my invoice is for a dissolved company, they accepted an order for double sided leaflets knowing their printer was out of use.
Received an awful quality roller banner, it was damaged and unable to be used, the company refused a refund and said they could replace it but I had to pay for the return (and the product was so awful I didn't want it).
They hide behind T&C's which are in breach of consumer law, currently in the process of getting a chargeback from my bank.
Go to hello print or banana print instead!

Ordered a simple -or so I thought- sticker printing job, a white design and text over clear background, for a set of transparent bottles. I provided the finished artwork myself.

After three attempts and two months I still don’t have the correct product:

1st attempt: They forgot the white opaque base, therefore the sticker rendered invisible when applied.

2nd attempt: The artwork was blurry as if the printer head had moved in the process. Also, not white but a light grey.

3rd attempt: Still not white!

Customer service has been understanding and helpful throughout, but quality control was just non-existing. The overall experience has been a total waste of my time due to the continuous issues.

I will not be using this company again.

A last minute order, and the staff were very helpful and responsive. They turned around the order super speedy and the order got to me in advance of the celebration they were needed for. Quality materials and high quality printing… went down very well with everyone, thanks Jack

Used Printed Today half a dozen times in the last 18 months and prices are great. Sometimes the eyelets can be a little too close to the edge of vinyl banners but I've found that it's you specifically ask to ensure they are at least 15mm in front the edge they will get it sorted.
The last banner I had done has nicely folded back edges on all four sides before eyelets were added providing a great finish and extra strength around the edges. Thanks

Very quick delivery. I needed to get some printing done quickly for an event. I used the online chat assistant and they talked me through the suitable options and helped me process my order. I received the item as described and the quality was good.

Great service, the mesh banners I ordered were ordered at 2pm in the afternoon.

The banners arrive with me the next day at 12.30pm

Absolutely fantastic service, I needed a banner for my service as I’m a self employed decorator,I emailed them with a design I wanted and they instantly emailed me back, the communication was brilliant and they even emailed me showing how my design would look, I was kept upto date with everything including delivery, for the price, service and overall customer service I would highly recommend this company, I will definitely be buying from them again whether it’s flyers, business cards or anything else for my business,thank you for a great service and brilliant banner

Really pleased with my banners. Helpful design service. Delivered when promised. Only time will tell if they last. But so far so good.

We are quite happy with the finished result. The price we paid was extremely competitive and delivery was quick. People complaining about the quality should bare in mind the cost and if not happy then go elsewhere and pay a much higher price.

I had a wonderful experience,the team were quick to answer my enquiry. The board arrived extremely well packaged which was great as the delievery driver left it out in the rain!

I ordered one baner from this company which arrived on time and was good quality. However since then I have been called and emailed about 10 times by their marketing team looking for more business, to the point where I have started to demand they remove my personal data from their systems. It's getting ridiculous and I wish I used a different printing company.

Top-notch quality! It’s rare to find a print shop that nails both customer service and technical execution so perfectly. The finish on the material was impeccable, and they met the deadline down to the minute. You can tell they truly care about their clients. I’ll definitely be back for future projects!

On arrival a number of the items were marked and damaged, and the print quality poor.
I provided detailed images but they wanted different pictures, so I did those and annotated all the images with the issues, they wanted different photos... I gave up.
The print quality is poor. The magnetic signs don't stick in the rain. The items arrive damaged and poorly packed. They tell you things like "oh you can't see it from a distance so it's fine" - or "get some nail varnish remover to clean them" - or "damage in transit is not our problem".
They refused exchange or refund, so I will raise a chargeback with my card provider. I wish I had looked at the reviews before I paid, that's on me.
I will stick to my normal supplier helloprint who are always amazing!

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered my items with delivery in a week for the opening of my new shop. 3 weeks later and still no delivery and all I get is generic replies from whoever I speak to. Have lodged the complaint with AMEX to get my money back.
