Beware buying Priority Voucher with Groupon
After using my Groupon voucher I have compared priority booker with my A.P.H. discount, my Stansted direct booking Discount and priority booker is quite a bit more expensive than both. I have also booked Gatwick with Cophall Parking much cheaper. Also Gatwick Plaza Premium Lounge and Stansted Escape lounge both cheaper than with priority booker. What a waste of money for this useless Groupon Voucher.
Priority reply is incorrect as I have contacted customer support with this on 6th October and they have yet to reply. So I see no chance of refund!!
BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry to hear of your experience. We don't advertise membership as a discount service though. You get additional perks and a faster service. Quite often we are the cheapest but you can not guarantee that in a volatile and competitive market. We will happily refund the groupon voucher if you contact our CS team. I don't believe we have heard from you apart of this review.
Priority Booker service, professional & excellent value
This was my very first time using Priority Booker, and I must admit I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. However, from start to finish, the experience far exceeded my expectations. The ease of booking was seamless, the customer service was attentive and professional, and the attention to detail was outstanding.
In today’s market, it is rare to find a company that not only maintains but truly upholds such high standards while still offering excellent value for money. The peace of mind provided throughout the process, combined with the smooth and efficient meet-and-greet service, made this an excellent choice.
Without a doubt, I will be using Priority Booker many more times in the future. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, customized, and first-class service.

Book at your own risk
Dropping off the car was great however upon return they made us wait over 40 minutes to receive our car even though we communicated when we landed, received our luggage and came out of passport control. The car was left with them smelling great. They returned the car smelling horrible. Wont be using them again. Others were also waiting when we arrived.

Helen, we have never and still do not advertise our service as a discount club. We have a VIP members service which is what you have paid for, which includes additional perks and services included in every booking. We also give our best prices to our VIP customers, although these may not always be the cheapest on the market as we do not monitor the prices of our competitors (who will run their own promotions), they do tend to be competitive and quite often are also the cheapest on the market. We would encourage you to get a refund on your VIP voucher (we presume you purchased it through wowcher or some other merchant who you should obtain the refund from as we do not collect this money) and we will honour the memberships terms for you regardless. Priority Booker was created for travellers who value service and standards over price. Our slogan is 'price isn't everything, service matters', and we do this because of the concerning volume of rogue traders who sell and run airport parking websites and car parks. Buying cheap often results in ultimate pain, whether it's not being able to cancel or even amend a booking, not getting a response fast enough, or in the worst cases, incurring damage or total loss of your vehicle. We are the only agent in the UK to hold the Trading Standards Approved Buy With Confidence Accreditation which requires random customer audits by external parties, so you must wonder why no other agent in the UK has it. We stand by our pricing model and believe it to be fair in light of the fact we go to extra length to ensure no rogue products are offered on our site. Have used Priority booked a couple of times with no negative issues.
I recently had to change a flight and subsequently change my parking. It took one email and all was efficiently done with a refund for the shorter stay.

I won't be using this company again!
I parked my car and was expecting a shuttle to John Lennon Airport, we was told they do not offer that service anymore, we had to walk 1.3 miles with 3 heavy suitcases, a 7 yr old and a 2 yr old. On our return the email said to ring the number provided and someone will come to collect us.. again they do not offer that service, so 2am we had to walk the 1.3 miles, if I knew they didn't provide a shuttle service I would never have booked, who would?

Poor Customer Service
I parked my car at Heathrow airport on 10th April and picked it up on 14th April.
The car was left in clean and pristine condition. Upon collection it was greatly covered in mud all down both sides of the car and around the wheel arches, to an unacceptable level.
I went find someone at their desk at the airport, and waited 10 mins but no one attended, so I left. The car was so muddy that I took it straight to a car wash.
Upon emailing the company, they ignored several messages and eventually responded saying that they were not prepared to pay towards the cleaning in any way. A minor issue perhaps, but very poor customer service.
I shall not use that company again.

Thank you however I feel giving the booking agent (us) a 1 star review instead of the car park operator themselves because your car became muddy is somewhat unfair. It is your right of course, but any amount of rain during your holiday especially if you choose a car park which was not tarmac and (by the sound of it) sand/stone/grass based, mud is inevitable. I do not have details of your booking but assume it was a service whereby the car park parked for you, so in future I would suggest using a self-park service if you require your car to remain in position as you left it for your trip. The determination of 'unacceptable' condition through mud is subjective and though I appreciate you are unhappy with the service, I would in future self-park in a covered tarmacked site.
No discount for the lounge
No big discount for the lounge, just the same price you could get anywhere. Their website advertises as VIP price £44.5 for 2 adults lounge access, never going to be happen. Why I have to waste money on this membership?

There when I needed them.
Booked meet and greet parking at Heathrow. There was a problem at drop off, which I contacted Priority Booker about whilst I was away. They dealt with the issue with Maple Parking and sorted it so it would be corrected for my return. Whilst I wouldn't use Maple Parking at Heathrow again, I would definitely use Priority Booker rather than other, larger companies for holiday add ons. Thanks for your help.
