Rude staff and dash can removed

Very rude and abrupt staff on the phone at Bristol and very suspicious that they would disconnect the dash cam when driving off and it was still disconnected when car dropped back!! Don’t think we will use them again

Sorry you were dissatisfied with the customer service you received, Susan. When you got in touch we did not know which offer you had purchased as you had only said, 'I have a voucher I have tried to book a lounge how do I redeem my voucher', so this delayed our support while we worked things out with you. We then ascertained that you had bought a VIP voucher, and gave you a new code and url to use to sign up, however when you told us the sign up page was saying your email was already in use, we enquired with IT about resetting it, and it turned out that your membership was in fact already live, and all you had to do was log in (not sign up) using your email address and password. This is still the case as your membership is still active with no errors. If you are unable to sign in then as we suggested previously, you can try resetting your password, or ask a friend/family member to help.

Not worth the effort.

Got an offer through Woucher but wasn't worth the effort. I should have known it was too good to be true!
I couldn't redeem the voucher with Prioritybooker.com. First it was security on my device, then an error on Prioritybooker website. Even though they said they had reset it I couldn't gain access with my email, then it was my voucher code. So I gave up. Just thought if this was the hassle signing up what would it be like trying to book an airport lounge? Sometimes there's enough stress at airports without adding to it.🤨

Thanks for your feedback Edna. We have noticed that only customers who use Wowcher seem to be having issues signing up. 99% of our VIP queries in the last 3 months have been from Wowcher customers. Sadly we can't fix the security firewalls on your own devices, but we have noticed many Wowcher customers have tried to sign up, been unsuccessful first time because of an erroneous link provided by Wowcher, and this caused a bug in the system where the database retained partial information for the membership, so when you start the process again the system thinks you are already a member. We are addressing this bug as we speak so future Wowcher customers will be able to reset their accounts themselves on the spot, without having to wait for our dept to address the issue case by case.

This is a disappointing read. We pride ourselves on our service, and only defend our position when absolutely appropriate, as is the case here. I am sorry we couldn't satisfy your needs as quickly as you would like, however when you start and end your first query with "Can you tell what airports we can use please in the uk" (which we answered on the day of your question), you followed this up with isolated and out-of-context messages like, "I paid for 3 people", and, "the link to you was not working". You then subsequently opened 4 separate customer services queries in addition to the first. This does not really give us much, or anything, to go on, nor does it help us resolve your query. It seems your questions were somewhat misleading, considering your actual query, has so far been deciphered as you having purchased some memberships and not been able to activate them (we think?). So when we reply to your queries (almost ten times now trying to understand the issue), responses like "I'm not good at computers" really don't help us to help you. We have since had confirmation that your memberships are indeed active, so the initial response we sent to you detailing how to log in and use the service was all you needed. If you are unable to click the login button on our homepage and enter your email address and password, then we would advise asking a friend or family member for help as there is little more we can do other than explain the process of logging in again. I apologise for the fact we were unable to help you to the standard you require, but as described above, we have tried very hard to do so. All the best from Priority Booker. We hope we can meet your expectations in the future.

Easy to book and prompt email response from nice, helpful staff

Booked meet and greet parking through Priority Booker as their prices were the best by a long mile! I had made a mistake on the time whilst booking and emailed Priority Booker to try and have this changed, was slightly worried due to the mention of extra fees if you needed to amend the booking!
but no need as I was contacted back on the same day by John who was very nice and helpful, he had amended my mistake with no issues and sent me my now corrected and updated booking. So good so far!
I have only rated 4 stars for now due to not having actually used them yet so I am unable to rate fully but once I have completed my booking with them (with no problems of course, as I am sure the case will be!)
I will then update to 5 Stars.

Absolutely terrible service

Absolutely terrible service. Used the company for the first time this month and on my return back to Bristol airport on the 10th May, I noticed my car boot shelf cover was missing. Sent an email on the 11th to complain..still awaiting a response. Spoke to one of their meet and greet guys ( latvian) on the 13th and he was very dismissive and basically called me a liar for pointing out to him that the company he represents mislaid my car shelf boot cover. I rung the company again today and was told that my email will not be responded to until the 18th of May? Customer service is atrocious and avoid these scammers at all costs.

Abysmal service

Abysmal service. Cancelled on me leaving one working day to find an alternative after I booked nearly 2 months in advance, so I had to pay lovely late booking prices. They cited a partner company going out of business. When I spoke to said partner they said they had wound up a month ago and had informed priority booker the month before. I was refunded, but I suggested Priority Booker pay the difference. I didn't really expect them to, but thought I might get at least some admission that I should have been informed earlier, but just got a curt email basically saying "not our fault, get over it". Best of luck using these cowboys.

Really Not to be trusted with your car

Not to be trusted with your car
This is one of the worst parking experiences we have had - the company took our EV, left with 46%, and abused our trust. The car reported itself with the door left open for over forty minutes before we even flew. I rang them and was fobbed off. It was then used for trips between car parks, each time left open. One time it was left on a main road open. I emailed to complain but they didn’t reply. By the time we returned five days later they had dropped the battery to 2%. Normally the car would take two months to drop this amount. When I complained on return to a Mr Khandan I was told it was my fault. They could use my car as they wished and if I wanted it with charge I could have paid them to charge it! The charge it was left with was fully sufficient to return home, instead I had to add forty minutes to my return time to find a charger and charge it! On top of that the car had additional alarms such as the incorrect door release being used, which can damage the door window and two pedals being pushed simultaneously. Do not use this company.

Despite not replying to my email complaint they have come back asking for more detail below - the booking reference was PB2-PBDF12DEA8 and we had the misfortune of using Terminal 3 at LHR under the name Blue Circle Parking

This is an updated review as the only reply I have had from them is an attempt to have a negative review removed!

Absolute con artists

Absolute con artists. Do not touch this outfit unless you want to be ripped off. Paid £125 to park at Manchester and due to the rises in Covid I have caught it and had to cancel as a result. They hide behind their pathetic one sided T+C's and are not remotely interested. Obviously they want to make double on the space which is undoubtedly what they will do. Interesting to read some of the reviews on here regarding when they have failed in their obligation for meet and greet due to Covid.............The irony.
What a complete and utter shambolic modern day Dick Turpin and if they need the 125 that bad they can shove it where the sun wont shine.

Con artist

Pls stay clear. They use a third party called Happy Days Parking. Definitely Happy Days for them as they are con artists, for 2 weeks charge initially I paid just over £100 unfortunately I was tested positive for covid and had to stay for an additional 2 weeks. I paid a charge of £470 otherwise they won't give me my car back. When I went back to Priority booking they didn't want to know ..finally after 4 weeks I have managed to get half of this money back. Worst customer service experience ever. Pls run away

Very stressful start to my holiday

Very stressful start to my holiday. Booked for Manchester T1 long stay. The instructions gave directions to T1 short stay and indicated you would be charged if used a different location. There was no one available to help on the telephone number provided. The directions appeared to be 5 years out of date including advice to avoid roadworks dated from 2017! Unable to contact anyone to ask for help or to suggest they update their customer information. If it was not thanks to a Manchester airport employee I would have missed my flight. Very disappointed.

Hi Liz, sorry you had such a bad experience. We will check directions and review content on your comments. We only incorporated the business in 2018 so I am unsure how directions from before that would have been used, but in the main these are provided to us and automatically updated by the car parks via a digital link so we will need to check this with the car park themselves. Awful time keeping - not worth it

Price is good and drivers are polite. However, be aware;
1. Once you have booked meet and greet if you have any last minute changes e.g change car you can only contact the via email. So dont expect a prompt reply
2. As per instructions, we called 30 minutes ahead of arrival so driver can meet us to collect our car and we still waited over 20 minutes

Time keeping is not in their books. Would not use them again

Excellent site to book your car parking. This is the second time I’ve used it and both times saved me quite a few quid if I’d booked on other booking sites. Thank you, will defo use you in the future too and I’ve told friends to as well.
