No fault with Pristine company as such. They were clear and helpful with information about delivery, and the parcel arrived in time. However, I purchased a kettle, and while the small 1 litre size is perfect for our caravan, and the smart clear glass look of it is great, it boils excessively and takes too long to switch off automatically so we have to stop it manually, otherwise there is steam everywhere! This is a minor issue in a caravan as we’re usually in close proximity, but I would be concerned to use it in the kitchen at home as if we were in another room, the excessive steam could be an issue.
