Delay with Evri loosing parcel, Pro Plates replaced and sent them to us. Eventually it was sorted, would be nice if they had responded earlier but ultimately we got our parcel. Thanks for sorting.

I ordered two sets of plates for my cars can't believe how good the service was and the price. Would recommend to anyone.

Purchased a show plate from Pro Plates, a proof was sent to check the custom logo was correct, and the proportions look off, so I questioned that and asked if it was a standard number plate size. I was told it was.

However, when it finally affixed, it was a tiny little sticker, bearly bigger than a business card!

Trying to get any form of customer support is neigh on impossible, and I’m stuck with a useless and overpriced sticker!

Avoid this company and use one that cares about its customers

My son ordered plates some time ago and has been driving on them for some time, but has recently been awarded a £100 fine for them being illegal, picked up on camera. We contacted Proplates who said they were completely legal. Another number plate company highlighted that they thought they were illegal because they had a tiny audi logo at the bottom of the plate. This is offered as an option when buying road plates without any explanation that it makes your plate illegal. Now, my son has to buy new plates on top of the £100 fine.
This is the second time I have written this review, as the first one was not published! I have noticed a similar review in September. Proplates....you need to explain things properly on your website and be fair to your customers instead of falsely attracting business.

Order not received, communication really poor. Don't order from this company. Still waiting for my order to be sent to the address on my order.

Be warned ⚠️ do not buy from this company. My son purchased one of their number plates which is advertised as being road legal. He has now received £100 fine from the police for using stick on number plates with fake markings. These number plates are not legal and it's false advertisement. Save yourself some money and a police fine.

Absolutely disgusting company .😡 After numerous emails, phone calls to this company and still no reply. After ordering weights on the 12th of May and still no delivery (12th June 2023) They have taken my money £129.99 grrrr and I have no weights grrrr 😡Not good enough.

Ordered item on 10th May but just found out the Company is in Insolvency but still taking peoples money! No reply to emails and no refund!

I ordered with ProPlates a couple of years ago during Covid and was really happy with everything, so when I needed some more kit I ordered with them again. This time was not a positive experience though. The funds were taken, but I never received a confirmation email. I tried to contact them and got a bounce back email. I then tried to contact the parent company but never received a response. Their Facebook page also seems to have gone quiet so I'm not sure if the company is still trading.

Product over priced when its received with poor finish, rust and scratches.
Product extremely late being received.
Even worse customer service as they try to blame everything on the customer and then they stop replying to you when you get angry.
Avoid like the plague!

I ordered a set of weights costing over £2,500 on Mar 23rd 2023, was told they would be 10-15 workdays, I then was told that the order had been made and would expect an email soon with a delivery between 1-3 days. It has been another week and still no communication. I have emailed several times but still no reply. There is no phone number to call so I’m getting very frustrated.

Placed an order on 28/2/23, total order of £53, funds taken from account and my order has not arrived yet (15/4/23). Emailed multiple times and received no response back, messaged on Facebook and instagram, no replies. Communication is very poor and I will not be ordering again. Basically robbery.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Previously ordered from pro plates a couple of times and been very impressed. But my last order was delivered 6 weeks late. When I chased it up after the first couple of weeks I received a response which was simply a lie (it will be dispatched next week). A week went by to which I didn’t receive it. I followed up with 4 further emails and received no response at all! I tried to call and left a message to which I got no response. I was left convinced it wasn’t coming at all. Then last week I got a text saying it would be delivered the next day, and it was. But still no response or apology. I’ll be ordering from elsewhere from now on as I would rather not give them anymore money.

Still awaiting my order and communication has stopped. I did get a response to my first query on the whereabouts of my order but haven’t had a response to 3 emails since then chasing my order. Ordered on 9th feb… no paint, standard clear finish of the steel.

great plates accurate weighed them on digital scales fast shipping too and the cheapest plates online highly recommended will buy more

Terrible terrible company. I Cancelled my order as they are just so poor. Yet to receive the refund . All I ordered was 4 x 0.25 weight plates. My advice would be if they can’t even fulfill this tiny order then they are a struggling company. Steer well clear!!!!!!!

Items are very low quality and arrived damaged and very worn, to the extent that I’m pretty sure they’re second hand. They're literally covered in scratches and imperfections.

No where near the quality the price tag and website indicates. This purchase stings a bit, I regret buying from pro plates immensely.

No product and no reply. Cannot contact anyone and emails bounce back.

Was given 5-10 working days as delivery time and that was beginning of November.

Should have known as I had the exact same issue before with a larger order from these. I wanted to complete my set.... SILLY ME!
